I have to say it seems the quality has gone down. Many people during the sail away show were either leaving or falling asleep. Was not worth my time. The DJ played music that he wanted to listen to not what would of kept people on the dance floor. Really disappointed in the ships entertainment.

Had to wait several times to obtain a table for dinner. Then it appeared staff didn't communicate and would walk us around several locations until they were told to sit. Called several times to the front offices and at times no one would even answer the phone. Finally on two occasions I just walked down to complain about the dangerous conditions in my room.

Relating the issues in my stateroom to this issue. Three times we had to have maintenance come and vacuum the water coming from the drain. It had a very foul odor and the water appeared to had sewer in it.

I would not have paid the money for this cabin. Besides the disgusting sewer water and materials coming up from the floor drain. There is a table tennis above this room and you hear everything! There is no relaxing on the balcony or in the room during this. We were not advised of this ahead of time. Walked in room and moved a chair and found crumbs from the last cruise. The room was not clean and had problems. When I complained staff truly seemed to just pass things on and didn't take responsibility. Waking up at 2 am to go the bathroom and walking in sewer from the drain truly was disgusting. What upset me the most was at no time was this issue fixed and two of the times we thought the water was from the shower until we were watching tv on the last night and saw exactly what was going on. Photographs were taken. It smelled like sewer and had particles in it. I would NEVER have taken this room if I knew were going to deal with all these issues.

Took an expensive ship tour to a winery. What a joke. The branches looked like weeds and was brown and appeared dead. Save your money not worth anything. Waisted time
