Review summary

We enjoyed each port and itinerary on the ship. As our first Royal Caribbean cruise, we found it is quite comparable to Carnival, Princess cruises except there is no special services for special occasions. Such as my husband could not buy me fresh flowers for our anniversary nor the ship acknowledge our special occasion. All we got was a notice for jewelry sale.

We were so lucky to get an access able cabin with much more extra space. Our staff " Superman" was very good to keep our cabin always clean and organized.

RC will even do their best to help celebrate an occasion. We booked three state rooms for my mothers 90th birthday. Other family members had stuff sent to her suite via the web before we left on the trip. She had a wonderful time on board. And at Senior Frogs in Mx. 😄 She was shocked when my sister hired a Mexican lap dancer for her. 😁

They do have special occasions. I did it 3 years ago. They still have it, I looked it up for our cruise in 144 days yesssss

I ordered flowers, candy and a cake for my daughter on Carnival. Has to be done in advance although they also have all of that for sale in the candy shop as well I believe.

You have to tell them it's an anniversary, you can order flowers pre cruise on their website
