I highly recommend a Princess cruise. It was our first time and we were pampered the whole time. We enjoyed the respect and maturity of the other passengers. It was a calmer and more refined experience than we previously had when sailing with Carnival. The medallion made the cruise so much easier (getting on and off the ship at each port, paying for items on the ship and in port, keeping track of friends and family, ordering food to be delivered to where you were, etc.) The day we got off the ship, we were already looking at options for our next Princess cruise.

Princess Cruise out of Galveston, Texas to the Western Caribbean and Mexico was very enjoyable, and features excellent service, food, and entertainment. There is a good variety of shore excursions available at all 3 ports that were visited. Will recommend this cruise to family and friends.

The cruise was great! Food and service were top notch. The only thing I did not like was the excursion we purchase in Roatan through . The beach was so crowded and the amount of local sales people made us feel unsafe.

Roatan is so magical and I loved all the ports. Costa Maya didn't have a lot to do but the mayan ruins are great and Baccalar Lagoon. On board everyone was kind and attentive and there was so much to do at any time. Easy to strike up conversations in public areas and staff participated well.

We had a great time on this cruise! For us, it was low activity (on purpose) and HIGH relaxation. Very enjoyable. I would like to see the deck chairs not picked up at like 4pm though. I'm not sure why this was a constant thing, as I personally LOVE being outside when the sun isn't beating down, but the crew picked up the lounge chairs starting around 4-5pm if no one was on them, and would even move people's items in order to pack up the chairs.

This was our second cruise and we happened to have Micca as our Cruise Director for the second time. He's a great Cruise Director. I met a lady onboard who said that she often cruises free with a different line but that this is her first paid cruise with Princess. Between cruising free with the other line and paying with Princess, she said she'd pay to cruise with Princess. I think that says volumes. I love Princess Cruises or as they say on the ship "I love it here!"

Good cruise. Love the medallion and plus package. Good food, entertainment, and activities. We would go on this cruise again. We like the Royal class ships

Overall a great time. Next time I would book a different deck and not Allow my credit card be connected to my kids. I was told it needed to be on there in order to utilize the beverage package. That was incorrect. My so. Could still Use the package without the card attached.

A great week long cruise in winter. Will again next year

The staff and entertainment were outstanding. For such a large ship with so many diverse passengers it would be better to publish, post and broadcast consistent, clear directions and information. Spent a lot of time searching for information only to find it in an unexpected place.The best communication we had was info about debarkation the night before we docked.

Overall we had a good experience. Our main objective was relaxation and snorkeling at the ports when we could. Having gone on smaller and newer ships in the recent past, this ship had more people on it than we prefer and it might be due for a refurb before long.

Overall a great cruise. It's all about the people you go with. Despite some of the staff being grumpy, this was the best cruise I've ever had because of the people I was with. This group would be fun in an empty room!

If you are looking for a relaxing time with your spouse or family Princess cruise is the one way to go

Food and service was horrible. Waited at one restaurant and hour before receiving our drinks. Food was cooked incorrectly.

This was our first Princess Cruise though not our first cruise. You get more "perks" with a package on most other lines, but we found the ship comfortable, the cruise accommodating. Food service is not their strong point.... it felt rushed and inconsistent.... in 7 nights they never came back and asked if we wanted a refill on wine or other drinks...some nights we weren't finished with appetizer before they brought the food out. They seemed rushed and overwhelmed.

the events and the people really made this cruise. the cruise staff was fun, but professional and really great at involving people in all the different activities. Highly recommend the 2 excursions we booked through at Belize city and Roatan. There was plenty to do on board, but areas where you could go to escape the crowd, if you wanted. food and drink were plentiful, tasty and varied. This is our 3rd cruise and 1st Princess cruise, but we loved this one the most

My husband and I had a wonderful time. This was our third time cruising together and it was by far our favorite. The food was top notch and the staff were amazingly good.

I had a relaxing time. I enjoyed the destination but I needed some hyper energy. I think 7 days was too long for me.

Overall was a good cruise but we won't take another cruise until we retire and maybe not even then.

The only thing I did not realize was the gratuity charges are a little expensive. The for the dining was more than I expecting. I have been on Carnival many times the food is definitely better on Carnival. We have tired Princess twice and probably not again. The wait staff (Oliver and Kwong) and housekeeper were wonderful!
