Wonderful ship, first time cruising, 7 days to Alaska, no problems were experienced, food was wonderful at the main dining room, waitresses were wonderful, I wish I could have taken both home, the person taking care of our room was the most professional person and ready to help with everything. People helping my 90 years old disabled mom when she needed help to get off and on the ship at each port or just to go to the buffet they would help her with her plate and serve her favorite food, everything about this ship is wonderful, the Spa service is excellent, what a way to relax, I am ready to go again to another adventure, everything is so organize, my mom asked me to go back the following week because she was missing all the entertainment we had, ofcourse her favorite place the casino at night time. She relaxed so much that her blood pressure was almost normal! My favorite port, Ketchikan, what a beautiful place, and the people there are so amicable. Beautiful ship, beautiful staff, keep it up Royal Caribbean.

First impression was a nice clean ship, well cared for. Comfortable beds and bedding (especially pillows) was important to me. I slept like a baby. Dinner in the main dining room was better to me than in the Windjammer though they always had a nice selection. I had a burger and onion rings at the Seaveiw Cafe and the onion rings were really good. There was always something to do, though we never did any of them except go to a few shows. We were too busy at the ports! The crew and waitstaff go out of their way to remember your name and make YOU feel like your special,even though they probably do that for everyone. I had a great overall experience and would definitely sail the Radiance again. The captain was very friendly and so humorous, I looked forward to his morning announcements.

This was our first cruise and the experience left us wanting more. However we went 3 days in the same clothes due to the airlines loosing our luggage. Cruise line may want to consider how their sub-contractors treat their customers as well. The experience could leave a bad taste and reflect negatively on the cruise line.

The Radiance of the Sea is a fantastic ship. Our waiters in the Dinning room were "the best". We took our grandchildren and our 10 year old enjoyed the program for his age very very much.

Staff is professional, helpful and friendly. The ship is amazing - impecabily clean, excellent food, great activities, relaxing spa and great salon. Shore excursions were fantastic - we recommend the Mayan Sweatlodge in Cozumel and Dunn's River Falls in Jamaica. .We will definitely cruise again!

The shop was wonderful and the entire cruise was goo with the exception of one seminar in the Fitness Center. It was suppose to be on metabolism. She just told us how bad the FDA was. Very poor session. Everything else was wonderful...

This was our third cruise and we had a great time. We are looking forward to our next one.

This was our third cruise and Royal Caribbean and Captain Rune were the best! The staff was ready and anxious to please and treated us "royally". We will surely said with them again!

We really liked the work out area and the adult pool area. The overall appearence was very good.

The ship was beautifully decorated. It had several activities for both old and young cruisers. We were never bored -there was always so much to do.

The ship is relatively new and in good shape. The crew members were all very friendly and accommodating. The dining room service was excellent, but the food was merely good. The food court had a wide selection of items for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, but was closed after 9:00 pm generally. There were two midnight buffets during the cruise--one was poolside and one was in the main dining room. The gym was large and well equipped with cycling, jogging, stair machines, etc. Entertainment was very good in the Aurora theater, but the schedule varied almost every night. On the first night of the cruise there was only one performance at 7:30 pm, and those in the first dinner seating were not done with dinner in time to attend. The Captain was a real character.

My husband and I had an outside cabin on the third deck middle whch turned out to be an excellant location. We were close not only to the steps but also the elevators. We could walk to/from dinner, shops and cocktail lounges. The cabin included a couch and lots of hidden storage areas. The Adult Solarium pool area was very peaceful and restful. Particularly, after security removed the rowdy college age "kids" on Monday afternoon.

This was my first time on a Royal Caribbean ship and I was very impressed with the atmosphere, cabin crew, dining room service and overall willingness of the staff to please the guests. Food in the Windjammer was slightly above average for cafeteria food. Dining room food was "good", not "outstanding".

I highly recommend the ship. Everyone was friendly,always smiling and willing to help you in any way

excellent ship, good food and accomadations

Very clean everywhere we went, friendly professional team, lots of activities for everyone to take part in, belly flop was great! Presentation at dinner time was awesome, as well as our waiter, Ashley. Room service, Bernie and team, went out of the way to always have our rooms looking as though we had never been in there. The Captain was ver pleasant, along with his saying, Gurdie, Gurdie, I hope to meet him in person one day. All in all, a fantastic cruise for celebrating our 25 anniversary!!

The ship was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere and crew were fantastic. We had a blast.

Loved the ship and activities. We had a balcony and like the storage space and location of bed near sliding glass doors.

we thought this ship would have more to offer than it did. It had the same food in the buffet lines everyday with the exception of a different thing every day..the fine dining was everything but..the entertainment was very weak
