Yikes! I agree the food wasn’t that great but I never saw rude staff. What happened that was rude?

MY wife and I are doing b2b out of vancover. We were going to do buffet on the way up and the main dining room on the way down. Hopefully, we don't have the same results. Thank you for your info.
