Review summary

Refused to change to balcony room we paid for...instead got a rusty corner that you could not sit on....Bookit refused to help. Food poor quality. I had a piece of glass in my drink...only said sorry! Cancelled shore trips at last minute. Activities poor.....never will use The line again. This was our 11 cruise, third on

Royal Caribean. Very disappointed in bookit.

Very musty smell in the bathrooms, I had a trial size can of Lysol with me and it didn't even touch the smell. It never left the whole week.

Sounds like some ship issues. We were on Radiance two weeks ago, carpets were not swept when we arrived to our room, empty beer bottle and dirty chaise on our balcony, water leaked from under tub nearly entire cruise. Vacuum problems with toilets (ours stopped twice). We found these and other issues on Royal Caribbean highly unusual, but disappointing none the less. Multiple production shows cancelled due to technical difficulties. Cruise director was not the best either.
