Room Type: Balcony

The staff was amazingly helpful, courteous and made one feel as if one is their most important cruise client. Amazing how they recall your likes and dislikes @ dinner!. Rooms were impeccable.  Would have liked to see a little more room in the anytime dining area.  Where we sat was difficult for getting in and out of chairs as it was for waiters to maneuver serving our table.  Maybe scale down your table widths a little.  Needed water and shade for very elderly when boarding ports that were standing for long time in the heat while waiting for the tenders to return. Could have sent more tenders for quicker service.

Cabin / Stateroom
Cleaned in timely manner. Loved coming into a made up bed and soft lighting when time to retire for the evening. The towel animals were a nice touch, looked forward to seeing what it would be the following night!
Embarkation and Disembarkation
no problems as it moved quickly.
Ship Quality
It was obvious the ship needs some updating, but clean.
Destinations and Excursions
We did our own thing with a group of 8 so we saw a lot due to moving quickly and not waiting for large crowds on bus/tours.
Onboard Activities
Did not participate in them as they were a little cheesy for the age group on board.
Children's Programs
Cannot comment as had no children.
The quality of entertainment could use some upgrading. Disappointed in a lot of it.
Service and Staff
Fanderson and Sandip were excellent waiters! Our gratuities showed it.
Food and Dining
Wonderful meals and much variety.

Crab at Rita's crab shack was awful for the price! Morning breakfast on the day we disembarked some hot food items were cold and made them less desirable.
