Review summary
This was a lovely ship. Overall, the ship was maintained well but the cabin maintenance staff was the worst of seen having taken 4 other cruises. The only thing the cabin maintenance person did was make the bed. The food was hit or miss with the exception of the specialty restaurant Chops. That was excellent. The offered entertainment aside from the singers and dancers wasn't all that great either. The biggest problem was the daily fight for the lounge chairs. At one point, security had to be called. There has to be a better way of dealing with this. In addition, the internet service was extremely slow, however, customer service was quick to credit back any attempted usage funds. Aside from the negatives listed, it was a nice cruise and the staff, overall, did a great job and were very courteous.Ports of call
Pros: Itinerary
Cons: Cabin maintenance staff and the daily fight for the lounge chairs
