Review summary

Title of cruise is a bit deceptive we thought we were booking a cruise were we can see glaciers from onboard the ship as the pictures browsed yet we were told by the Next Cruise department that wouldnt happen being Quantum was to large and we would have to revisit Alaska on some of their smaller ships.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Entertainment staff were great, ship had nice activities and admenities.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Shows were a great production.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Room staff and waiters were excellent, super professional and attentive to your every need.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Felt rooms were a bit broken and small for the size of the ship. Casino tiny and had over 30 slot machines un-operational which I had never seen before.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Room was great simple room. Cleanliness was great and room attendant was on top of our needs.

Ship tip

If you want to see Glaciers this is not your ship. To big to approach that area use some of Royals smaller ships. The only way on this itinerary to see a glacier is a cruise excursion and you only have a chance to see Mandellhall Glacier.
