Review summary

The only problem my wife and I encountered were due to not being poorly prepared for the climate change from where we came from. It was not a great hinderance, but it limited some activities that were planned as we were not able to compensate for this by getting what we needed at any port or onboard.

I visited this port just prior to starting my cruise. The only downfall was the weather.

This was a very nice stopover. We did the Saxman Native Village and Ketchikan Tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable.

There were not many tourist sites immediately in proximity to the port.

I was scheduled to do a tour by could not because the cruise ship pulled in to the port too late.
