Skyline Dining Room and East Meets West were our favorite places to eat! And don't forget to get your Carlos Bakery/ Cake Boss favorite dessert while you're onboard! Loved that everyday there was a featured tropical "Drink of the Day" at a discounted price!

For example: If you get a chance, reserve one of the two bedroom suites on the stern. The private deck is amazing!

Book restaurants ASAP, especially Cagneys, the Bistro and Tepenyaki. Also, try Skyline, it's quite an experience. Daniel is a great waiter in Cadillac who helped us hurry and got us little to go roll packages for our excursions when we didn't have time to eat. Thanks!

We enjoyed the Cadillac Diner for breakfast --- sit down service and a smaller setting. Really got tired of the fight to get to the buffets at the Aloha Café. People are like my pets - afraid they won't get anything, I guess!

Eat at the buffet or prepare to pay extra for specialty dinning restaurants for a somewhat good, dinning experience.

We chose the ultimate dining package, ate at all the restaurants, and were very pleased with the food. Even our picky teenagers. And of course, we went to the buffet for breakfast and lunch.

The breakfast in the Skyline dining room was very nice. We did that everyday rather than the buffet.

Go to the main dining room for dinners, not just the specialty restaurants. The food there is AMAZING! This is a smaller ship, and it is out in the Pacific so the waters are a little rougher. I would advise anyone with motion sickness issue to invest in a scopalamine patch prior to departure.

The Cadillac Diner served great nachos and spinach dip, buffalo wings, milkshake. They're open 24-7.

Make reservations for the alternative restaurants before the trip or as soon as you board since they fill up fast.

Check the layout of the ship before booking your cabin. While we had great views, some the balcony cabins toward the bow have blocked views forward because other forward cabins stick out farther.

Food and food service abysmal. Slow, slovenly. Much of food cold, or else dried out under hotlights. Several meat and fish sevings were not properly cooked. A"well done" steak dripped blood onto the plate.

The Jefferson Bistro was excellent, we believe the best on the ship for gourmet food. The wait staff was excellent.
