Overall the best ship, for cleanliness, most staff cheerful & helpful, and really a good room porter. We have been on eight ships, and the others do not match up. BTW, the Captain is a squared away, competent, and decent man.
I will recommend this ship, and destinations to others.

NCL could add more TV channels, as Princess does. Shows were OK, better than sitting the room. At least the comedian was not vulgar on this trip.

many of the staff, in the buffet, took to having conversations among themselves, vs. tending to their duties. The Shore Excursion Staff, seemed to be burnt out, and lethargic. Many others could use more training on how to interact with customers.
ALL Of the other staff were great, including the room porter.
Ship Quality

Overall the ship was clean. On the 10th deck aft, there was a constant smell of sewage. A repair was attempted, after I called, but not successful. Don't understand why the staff could not smell it, as many others on the ship did?
Cabin / Stateroom

Always clean, and fresh towels. Room Porter is decent, well mannered, and presents himself as being helpful.
Ship tip
Stick with the buffet, the three other dinning rooms are average...
We cruised Jan last year. Thought it was like going with Motel 6 . It was OK sure not the professional personal service I've grown to expect from ROYAL CARIBBEAN.. My advice. Sail out of California
