The cruise was nice. We only saw it as a floating hotel. Service was for the most part lacking, their billing system is terrible. Not enough music venues for the evening enjoyment. Timing of the few shows they had were inconvenient.

great ports of call; expensive; ship services seemed "below par" to other cruises I've taken but still nice and comfortable. Good experience and glad we did it!

Short staffed not a lot of entertainment on board. Drinks not the same when ordered from different bars. Food sub par bathrooms closed or dirty. Had to call our steward he didn’t greet us on day 1. Cruise consultant promised us things that were not delivered. Overall poor experience with this cruise

We were first timers to the Islands. Highly recommend for newbies like us...now we know where to return and what to do. Wish we had 2 full days in Kauai! Ports were in convenient locations except for Maui: wish it was closer to adorable Lahaina.

Enjoyed the cruise and would do it again - would spend a little more ocean time next time but wanted to see areas of the islands I hadn’t been to before. Would also stay in the suite again .. the perks were worth the added expense! ♥️ Hawaii ... my happy place! 🌺🌴🥰

Overall the other people cruising, made my holiday an enjoyable one.

We chose this cruise for the itinerary not expecting the best of anything from the ship according to reviews we had read, but we had no complaints and we’re very pleasantly surprised and enjoyed everything. I felt Norwegian really stepped up their game on this cruise, and we will consider Norwegian now in the future. We liked and enjoyed the ship very much. This is definitely the best way to experience Hawaii.

Overall, a great experience and an excellent to see many parts of Hawaii with the luxury of returning to the each day, rather than packing up and moving locations!

Would love members of my family & friends to do this cruise. It was wonerful & different than other holidays we have had.

Definitely not a cruise that I will take again. I will stick with Royal and princess. Much more to do at night and service is much better.

We had read so many negative reviews but we want to say this trip was awesome!! This was a family vacation with our kids and grandkids. No better way to see the islands!! Food was a great variety, easy to go through buffet and all staff very helpful!!! Our steward was awesome!!

Please note, I completed NCL's survey before submitting this review and gave them a week to respond before submitting this review. With the exceptional experiences we had on the Escape and Jewell, this ship may as well have belonged to a different and mediocre cruise company. We paid more for 7 days on this cruise than the 2 back to back Caribbean cruises on the Escape, with polar opposite experiences.

Once you get past the ship is an older ship and cabins are smaller than what you may be use to then you will have an amazing time. You spend most of your time off the ship exploring the amazing things that Hawaii has to offer. I never came across anyone rude or unwilling to help. The staff and the hawaiian people were friendly and welcoming. I love NCL and they may my Hawaiian experience amazing. Also, if you have the beverage package promo, bottled water is included.

Would definitely go back on the ship again if we were to visit Hawaii but this time with our family as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary

The cruise is designed to be in Hawaii. The ship is not a destination. However, food was good and there was plenty of options. The ship was clean. Shows were good (not great). This is a great way to see more than one Island. Cabins were on the small side, but not a lot of time spent in room so it's manageable. My only complaints are the price is high and staff is not great.

It was one of the most beautiful cruises we have ever been on. We don't normally purchase the Suite but did so this time because it was our 40th Anniversary. However I must say I think I'm spoiled now! Had a trip of a lifetime with memories that will last forever.
