Warning to all Australians, the food is nowhere near as good as everybody on youtube or cruise blogs say it is. It is actually really dire considering the price you paid. You have been warned

ALWAY CARRY OFF YOUR LUGGAGE. THE LATER AIRLINE DEPARTURE IS GOOD. Our Sydney port was a SxxT show . Always fly in the day before sailing, no matter what port. We found out that the excursion brochures are VERY misleading. They make it all sound better than it really is and was a complete waste of time and money. When we wanted to do things on our own, non of the excursions existed on the days the cruise ship was in port. (how convenient). They overcharge and don't deliver.

If you neuralgia, or pain from gout, make sure you bring plenty of medicine even if it is over-the-counter (OTC) as none of it is available in the ship stores. You can get motion sickness pills such as Bonine or Benadryl but you can't purchase ibuprofin or Naproxin. You must make an appointment to see the ship's doctor anmd thye will charge you at minimum $150. This does not include the cost of the medicine. also if you have activities ashore, you may be limited on time to vist a pharmacy as thir hours are limited. If you are lucky some small markets may carry these items. If you do happen upon a pharmacy, you will find them very helpful, and off you medicines that are a bit stronger than the OTC varieties

LOTS of walking. If there’s mobility issues, maybe not a good idea. Only 2 lots of lifts instead of the usual 3…… fwd & aft of ship. Toilets are at the lifts. So you have to walk a long way to get anywhere

Try the ripcord by iFly and North Star on port days as they are free. They’ll charge you for these during sea days.

Don’t compare with previous cruises. Nothing will ever be as it was pre Covid. Enjoy what’s on offer and you won’t be disappointed

It’s a beautiful BIG ship .. lots for the kids to do, but not much for the ordinary person.. The show rooms were beautiful but not people friendly

Just do it!

Nice ship but the only windows are in the back. Walking track is outside so if traveling in cooler climates bring warmer clothes.
CruisesAreAwesome
The ship layout takes some time. Not my favorite

Have fun

Be prepared to not be blown away with the quality of food on this ship, it was very average.
