This was our first time in Europe and we could not have chosen a better itinerary and better cruise line. We usually travel with our kids on NCL, this was just the Hubby and me and we loved Holland America.

Very enjoyable--Pre-stay in Venice nice but cocktails at a palace needs to be looked at--had some really nice tours only one needs to be tweaked --we ate sometimes in Lido but mostly main dining room-menu gets abit boring there so we broke up by eating Lido several eves and worked well. VERY friendly and polite staff wish I could say about some of the shipmates--attitude and just plain politeness lack in some...and I am talking about American Tourists.I am an American Tourist and It was a great time and now to another adventure--

Great stops on the cruise to a wide variety of places with wonderful local food & beverages. Holland America provides a great experience.

Another great experience on Holland America seeing the world one beer & one country at a time.

It was a fun trip with a lot of excursion choices.. loved the food, trivia, entertainment, and casino. fun to share it with great friends.

We sailed out of San Diego to Cabo San Lucas , we saw many whales and Dolphins in the Cabo area. Next stop Mazatlán , I went to Stone Island, next stop Puerto Vallarta my favorite place , then back to San Diego

Overall it was a good cruise. Great crew and decent accommodations.

Lovely ship-great staff and servers-practically perfect in every way!

I enjoyed every minute of this cruise. One little advice:Keep copies of prepaid Gratuities and Transfer Costs to or from the ship to help the guest relations department so that they do not have to communicate with the Main Office in Seattle.

Great cruise - would go again! We had six in our group and all had a great time.

The Oosterdam is a lovely cruise ship, for the number of passengers she carried, we never felt crowded, we were surprised that we found quiet places to sunbathe and be by ourselves. We found the crew very friendly and always willing to help if needed.

Cruise started in San Diego , 7 day cruise to Mexico . First stop Cabo San Lucas saw a few whales near Cabo, Mazatlán next stop , went to Stone Island , next stop Puerto Vallarta went to the Cheeky Monkey Bar

Just walked in our Oosterdam “veranda balcony” room for 3 and I do not even want to give one star and we haven’t even left port. The rooms are NOT like the advertised pictures or the floor plan at all!!! Disgustingly filthy: sticky tables, floor not vacuumed (also stained), couch black all over the edges and white “stuff” that looks like seman stains. Windows on the inside have sticky hand prints from floor to 6 foot. All other counters dusty. Bathroom floor not mopped. Linens for 2 people, when 3 booked. One ⭐️ because housekeeping appears as if they want to help. I’ve never given a poo-poo rating, ever. So, so frustrating. If things do not change, we will not be going on another Holland America cruise.

We just lost my father last year and this was a great away to spend the holidays

This was my first cruise on Holland America and my first time visiting Hawaii. I will use Holland America again, not just for Hawaii, but many other itineraries. The Oosterdam was well maintained and clean. My stateroom was large and very comfortable. The ship did not have all of attractions that draw children to a cruise which I thoroughly enjoy. I am 57, and young compared to the age group that was on board which did not bother me at all. Many people that I talked to have been on many cruises and enjoyed talking about their experiences. The food and beverage was excellent and plentiful. The staff is what ultimately made the cruise so magnificent.

We enjoyed our fellow passengers, the crew and the ship. The itinerary would have been more interesting with stops in Columbia and Panama, rather than simply transiting the Canal, but some stops were fascinating and enjoyable. I loved excursions in Guatemala and Cabo. The quality of the cruise, day to day exceeded my expectations, particularly because of the unexpected quality and personality of the classical musicians and the baristas at the Explorations espresso bar!

We really enjoyed the cruise overall. We met the friendliest people and we loved the passengers we sat with at dinner. It was small, and there could have been more entertainment scheduled, but overall, we had a wonderful time.

Overall this was a fantastic vacation. We enjoyed ourselves immensely, both on board and at the various ports of call. The food was so good, regardless of the venue. We will definitely be booking future cruises on Holland America.

Got on the ship in San Diego great weather, hot in Cabo San Lucas ,fun time on the beach in Mazatlán . Good weather in the morning in Puerto Vallarta , rained in the evening , good food and good drinks on the cruise
