Sum the waitress was awesome and everyone at customer service deserves so much respect. We dealt with Daniel, Julio, Cardela, Melony and they were there for lost luggage, to lost hats, to lost souveniers and any other issues that came up.Embarkation

The dancers were amazing and we really enjoyed Tom Crosbie. Carlos and Eric kept things moving for trivia and Carlos was full of life Nick the cruise director had a great sense of humor

Top notch. We were always greeted with a friendly smile from our waiters. The matre d Doddy answered all our questions and our room stewards were there for anything we needed.Endri and Ady were awesome.

Loved my veranda and our stewart made sure I always had ice in my bucket Cecia was efficient

Be prepared for an awesome sailing experience. The ship felt like it was sailing on glass. Very smooth
