My husband and I have been on numerous cruises and this was our first Holland cruise and it was by far the worst cruise. The food was HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING!! The only things edible were the Dive, salad bar and ice cream. When you pay for a cruise with food included in the price you are looking for food that you can eat without feeling like you have to regurgitate. I always assumed that if cooking dinner was hard the least one could do was cook a decent breakfast. The breakfast was terrible. For example, the scrambled eggs taste worse than powdered eggs (how is that possible...) and the regular bacon taste like it was boiled. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we made reservations at the Canaletto. We were under the assumption that the food would be better than the Lido and the main dining. Canaletto's food was miserably bad on a scale 1-10, it was a zero. My husband and I took one bite of our food and left the restaurant.Embarkation
