Review summary
was the worse travel agent I have ever used. Our balcony room had bugs and the bathroom was dirty and the sink was full of large cracks and the tub had cracks all along the top with the worse tub ring I have ever seen. The only other room they would offer us was three floors down and the balcony overlooked the lifeboat!

Food and Dining
Breakfast at buffet was good. Dinner in dining room was good. Lunch and dinner at buffet were mediocre.
Onboard Activities
Nothing special. Trivia was good.
Entertainment
Production show was great and two comedians were mediocre.
Service and Staff
Jewelry store woman was very friendly as was server in Canaletto and front desk Rachael. Most others could hardly smile.
Ship Quality
Room dirty and buggy. Cracked sink and tub.
Cabin / Stateroom
Cracks in tub and sink and dirty.
Ship tip
Pick another ship.. Was on the Eurodam twice in the last 18 months and way, way nicer!
