This was first cruise with facial recognition for customs. They did not take into consideration cruisers on scooters. The way off ship took us to doorway with 10” threshold for us to go through. I turned my scooter around and went back to ramp to outside which I found to be locked. I told Norweign about this and told them a locked exterior door to be a fire code violation. Had to be taken around outside to get off ship then facial recognition camera couldn’t get my picture. Need to work out several bugs in their system.
