The ship was great, our balcony room was small but nice and was very clean. Our steward was wonderful! The crew was friendly and helpful.

Did not like the freestyle cruises. Only 3 free restaurants and theorist were paid restaurants. The ship was the most unorganized. The casinos was hidden and all the other activities were spread all over the ship and hard to find. The airport baggage program on board was awful. I was with a group and over 20 people did not get their luggage. They were doing repairs in the water and sewer and the halls smelled like sewage.

I enjoyed the Freestyle Cruising! I would highly recommend Norwegian Cruises to anyone!

Most staff members were great, but the Thai passengers were extremely rude and overbearing. Every non-Amway passenger I spoke to was totally disgusted with their behavior. NCL and Amway should have had an exclusive cruise for these animals. NCL should NEVER expose other passengers to this type of abuse. Personally, I'll never spend another dime at NCL or Amway.

Onboarding the cruise ship at Ballantyne pier may have soured my entire experience. We arrived at the dock at 12:30 and it took over 3 hours of waiting in lines to board the NCL ship. Food was mediocre and NCL seems to really nickel and dime you on everything. Specialty restaurants were better, but you have to pay a service fee of between $10 - $35/person for each meal. Entertainment was mediocre as well. We attended a few events on board, but overall I felt like there wasn't enough entertainment and activities. NCL could be better able providing availability to more activities and services for longer hours.

The ship was pretty nice. It is a little claustrophobic in areas, but overall it was fine.

This is a very nice ship. we have cruised several time on this ship and it has such elegance.

The ship IS very nice, its showing some age, and the food was worse than at a hospital. The food is VERY low Quality.

Stateroom was great. Ship was too big for my tastes. Big disappointment was the food.

The stateroms were too small. Dining was very poor quality if you were not paying, and if you were paying it depends on how much you were paying depended on the quality of the food. Not enough staff to attend to the number of passengers. We have cruised on 3 previous cruise lines, this was the fourth and the worst of all our cruise vacations. The ship was really small. We will not be cruising on Norwehian ever again and I will be telling all of my friends to stay away.

The relaxed, uncrowded atmosphere was appreciated. We had a wonderful time. This was my last wedding gift to my granddaughter and her new husband and a gift of relaxation for my daughter. We loved Cabo...a little nervous about Puerto Vallarta. The casino had too much smoke. Need non-smoking as well as smoking.There are some maintenance issues--broken window in dining area floor 12, loose hand rail and seats need repaired in theatre. Loved some of the dishes. Missed getting to know our waiters as we do on other cruise lines--not as connected to us. Wish the tips were built into the price; don't like it as an add on. The rum and raisin ice cream--incredible. No on bingo.

Well laid-out for amazing variety of experience, scenic views and getting on or off the shop at port.

This was our first and last time on NCL. Compared to other cruise lines our experience was very poor. I would not recommend NCL.

I have sailed on the NCL Star before. The ship is clean but showing its age.

The ship was great, as was Mexico. Most of the staff was good, but as they have "freestyle" dining, the wait staff isn't very motivated. The food was mediocre unless you pay extra for the "nicer" restaurants in which case the food was good to excellent. There were almost no free classes (ie yoga $12.00). The classes that were free, were used to sell you something. Even though I paid 12-18% for services I did use, EVERYONE was expecting an additional tip, which I thought was outrageous.

The ship was in great shape and the staff work hard to keep it that way.

the food and staff were excellent but the noise level in our room, at the main pool and in the casual Market Cafe were unbearable the long waits for dinner, never less than 40 minutes, no matter when you went were very frustrating we enjoyed the quiet of the Barong Spa, but had to pay $119 to use it for 6 days- we also went back at 8 pm the last evening of the cruise and were informed it was closing 2 hours early, no signs posted earlier in the day though to inform us of this
