The Norwegian Star met all of my expectations. I would only recommend they try to broadcast more satellite channels.

Clean and efficient

Star is getting a little tattered, the staff, however, covers over the ships shortcomings

We just returned from a 7 day cruise on NCL Star to Bermuda. We found the trip very relaxing and the food was excellent. We got to enjoy many of the activities on the ship. We did find most of the entertainment enjoyable.

Waitstaff in the main dining room was awsome!

Little worn in some areas but still kept cleen.

We enjoyed this cruise very much. THe staff of the Star clearly works hard to maintain their excellent reputation. Recommended.

The ship is showing its age. The different areas of the ship are showing wear and tear and are not up to the standards of a newer ship.

Norwegian Star provided a comfortable stay, while eagerily waiting to arrive in Bermuda. The ship was alittle older but, the staff was always kind and curtious.

it was ok as far as the food and destination. Otherwise the boat was more for older people age 50 and up. The highlight of the cruise was bingo time. which says enough about how much fun you will have on the star. The service was amazing and everyone was friendly. just wasn't fun.

The ship was an older one in NCL's fleet. We had a balcony cabin. The TV was an old 13 inch box TV, I had to ask for hair conditioner and hand lotion. That being said, the cabin was very clean. The food was very good, though, I was disappointed that there was no cold soup on the menu. The entertainment was also very good. The ship's crew was outstanding. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. My husband and I had basically written off NCL for other cruise lines, however, we enjoyed this cruise so much we are willing try NCL again.

ship was great; all the amenities. Two tracks for walking; on 13 and on 7. Loved it. The mini-suite was great; lots of space and closet/storage.

Dirty ,poor quality food, extremely noisy room,few amenities if any, charges for everything,no free sauna or steam .

Everything costs extra; entertainment is below par, and the assistant cruise director was awful (didn't even speak fluent English); food was made for quantity instead of quality and even the things you had to pay extra for were bad (the sushi was very bland), some staff in the gift shop seemed untrained and the crew seemed condescending at times when they approached you saying \"washie washie\" or \"wakey wakey\"... I could go on and on!

mediocre food, bad view from our room(lifeboats) in spite of paying more, beef tasted cheap, WAY overpriced wine! We get the same brand at home for $9.00 (they charged $30.00 per bottle). Why in the world do they choose Fox TV instead of CNN? Boring movies.

The kids club was fantastic and kept our kids begging to go back!! Therefore, there was alot of free time for the adults to enjoy at their leisure!

The NYC to Bermuda trip is a wonderful getaway, the vacation starts the minute you board. We've done this trip on the Dawn and the Gem. The Star is a fine ship, great music, food and entertainment. Would highly recommend, however, it is about time for an upgrade. The public rooms are looking a little tires but were kept clean.
