Review summary

The staff of the Star was attentive and personable to everyone aboard the ship. Daily greetings by name and immediate action to correct any deficiency or oversight was incredibly efficient. Directors very visable and continually inquiring how they could help to enhance the cruise experience. Wonderful service! Cabins well appointed and meticulous. Dining areas and recreation space clean and well maintained.

Very nice options\, from the cast theater productions to a very diverse selection of music in lounges and the atrium.

Can not overstate the high level of service and friendliness experienced on this ship.

Did miss the outdoor dining deck that is featured on the Norwegian Gem and Jewel but not a major problem. Ship condition was excellent.

Cabin was comfortable and clean.

Pros: Freestyle concept\, three days in port\, transportation options at dock in Bermuda

Cons: Ridiculous parking fees at Manhattan dock
