Review summary

Service desk staff- needed more training, offered wrong info and seemed overwhelmed. Spa- Cancelled my appointment 3x, two for no reason and 1 because a pipe burst. Luggage damaged at embarkation port internet- I paid for was useless and staff was rude. By the time it logged on it ate up most of your minutes.

Most internet at sea is very poor. Dont know why ppl bother and then just complain. Research it
