9 hours delayed, unable to rebook a flights tickets back home until 48 hours after, 'Sleepless' NO hotel rooms available due to a multiple events + a ship brokedown @ city of Copenhagen, NO words can described anymore. First & last thanks NCL.!

Very nice clean room good job but in front of our Window is a several of gas(?) tanks no kidding ABSOLUTELY SLEEPLESS, full Booking no other rooms available per front desk agents,

Unfortunately break downs can and do happen with virtually all cruise lines. That is why on a international trips such as this we arrive at least a day early and allow an additional day after to leave. Having been on Carnival, Royal and Norwegian all in all still like Norwegian the best. Sorry your trip went south.
