Would do it again. All the ports were interesting, tours were very good.

Took this cruise to see areas I had never been to before. Enjoyed the cruise and glad I went.

This is an older boat with not much to do. The pools were closed most of the time due to heavy seas and was cold enough that sitting outside for long periods of time was not possible for most of the trip. The boat has no real activities unless you like to gamble, and there is are only 6 English speaking tv channels 4 of which are news, 1 sports and 1 movie channel. Also there tends to be an older crowd on this boat which isn't bad but those are the type of activities you'll find on the boat. Don't bother with the internet, its a colossal waste of money. You can't ever get logged in and when you do its slower than molasses. The food wasn't that great, best place to eat we discovered was at the blue lagoon. Also since everyone has to eat breakfast at the buffet the seating is difficult to find unless you go outside which is alright unless its cold. Overall the ship experience was poor but the stops were excellent.

There were a lot of highs and unfortunately a lot of lows with this cruise. Looking back we really like the ports that we visited and overall the ship was clean and the onboard staff that we interacted with were great. We enjoyed all the lounge acts and give a particular shout out to Pablo in Henry's Pub! He was an amazing guitarist and had a quiet humor that always made us smile. The down sides were that they changed our itinerary and we didn't get to go to Casablanca as planned, the quality of some of shows were below what we expected from NCL and the food was pretty much below grade. Other than the meals we had at the steak house, if this was a $12 a plate restaurant we would not go back.

This was a first experience on a cruise holiday for my brother and I. We both had enjoyed sailing on Norwegian Spirit. The staff were friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable and sailing was smooth. However the ship’s announcements could not be heard while we were in our room.

One of the best cruises we ever did, the staff are very friendly and always try and succeed to fulfill your requests. Specially I would like to mention Mr Rodel Solis our waiter in the Windows dining room, remarkable level of service and always with a real smile.

This was our third cruise on NCL and they had a lot of ground to make up after the first one so I'd consider us good to go now. The staff in almost all cases were top shelf and the special dining, open dining/ Free style set up works very well - on the smaller ships (2,500 passengers) Not so much on the super size ships.

Courteous, professional and helpful staff made passengers feel safe and welcome. Sailing was smooth even on a couple of windy days. Clean and well-equipped cabin -- even for a simple stateroom. Announcements (on TV channel, the daily news bulletin FreeSyleDaily, during the shows, and over the PA system) were prompt, accurate and crisp. Restaurants were good. It would be good to improve the variety of vegetarian menu items (beyond simply pasta). Buffet was of acceptable quality although it was quite busy at times. Many of the daily evening shows were of good quality and entertaining. The two shore excursions we took were superb -- prompt, well-organized, and featuring good guides -- albeit a bit pricey. & Norwegian Spirit did a great job and will recommend to our friends and family.

This was a spectacular cruise but because there were basically no sea days it was a bit exhausting. Being in port each day and not wanting to miss anything meant no down time. We would love to see this cruise add 1 sea day in the middle to recourperate. On the flip side, wouldn’t have missed it for anything.

Our third cruise with Norwegian, second on the Spirit. She's showing here age in places but the older design with the aft decks open to the sea are a real plus. We will sail Norwegian again and have no problem doing so aboard the Spirit.

NO communication from staff. Captain, who we loved, provided only information about our voyage and that wasn’t in our staterooms. Hire travel agent to provide information about ports, geographical features, locations passing. Ship should have this provided. Updates to computer system needs to be made. Slide shows about ports, history, where we are traveling, not a few photos on a board. Very disappointed. I would rank this a zero on any scale.

We could not have had a better Cruise. The ship was great. We had a great one of a kind balcony room that was close to anything in the back of the ship and gave us exercise to anything in the front of the ship. The islands in the Mediterranean we visited were amazing and we were very happy with the tours we took.

We really enjoyed the cruise and itinerary. The convenience of dining and upgraded dining options was great for us and our desires. The entertainment was OK but not earth shattering. Room is dated and could use a refresh but given the rigorous docking schedule we didn't mind. Italy ports were by far our favorites outside of Rhodes.

Overall the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Dining staff were very accommodating and remembered our favorites and preferences. Cabin staff always willing to assist, however, seemed to have a limited knowledge of the ship. Customer Service very helpful.

Cruise Ship should be refurbished and it should not be used under the conditions is in. For the price that was paid for the inside cabin, in another cruise company it was a balcony. Furthermore, the stateroom 11131 should not be sold. Is above the kitchen and the noise is unverable. One thinks that someone is inside the room or that there are metals and glasses falling from the ceiling. Horrible vacations.

A greatly anticipated cruise with my family, celebrating my 70th birthday. Quite disappointed with the staffing issues.

This is a very port intensive itinerary. During our trip in September 2018 each port was very hot and humid - something I was not prepared for. The ship is small and relatively easy to get around and not get lost. It seemed to be reasonably clean and well maintained. Our cabin steward, Kus, did a wonderful job! The one issue we had was taken care of immediately. Food on the ship is fair at best. By the end of the 3rd day I was tired of the same unimaginative and overly salted offerings. Service at Windows and The Garden Room was inconsistent. After this experience I would not rush back to sail with NCL.

I felt like a pinata that Norwegian Cruise Lines would wack daily to see how much money they could get to fall from me. The ship was old and outdated. The passengers, while nice, were older and thus the ship went quiet at 10:30pm.
