Review summary

NO communication from staff. Captain, who we loved, provided only information about our voyage and that wasn’t in our staterooms. Hire travel agent to provide information about ports, geographical features, locations passing. Ship should have this provided. Updates to computer system needs to be made. Slide shows about ports, history, where we are traveling, not a few photos on a board. Very disappointed. I would rank this a zero on any scale.

We were on spirit last june & they had provided us with all the information of each port the ship will be docking and the daily activities,it is very strange that you had this problem maybe you are comparing it with other cruiseliners who do have the slideshows for each port they are going to dock in.

I find this hard to believe as there is paper brought to your room daily telling you about the next days activities and ports. There is also fliers hanging on the wall beside the reception for each port you will visit with information and maps about them. You may want to try and do some research on your own. ⚓
