The servive was incredibable. This was my seventh cruise but first freestyle. We had 10 people and never had a problem eating. The food was fantastic.

The ship itself could and should have been much cleaner.Most of the staff was not very friendly.

This was my third cruise, and I would never go on Norwegian Cruise Line again. It doesn't even come close to any other cruise I've been on. It wasn't clean, everything cost money.

I didnt know what to expect because the reviews were sort of mixed but since it was leaving from New York we might as well try it. This was also our first cruise so we were pleasantly surprised at the service they had and how professional they were. When our safe was malfunctioning, reception quickly sent someone to our room to help. Also the entertainment was very good considering the other reviews and I enjoyed it very well. Also the excursion was great except that the snorkeling was overpriced and the nassau excursion i planned my own bus tour for much cheaper and it combined two or three of NCL's own excursion. Food was great adn we tried all the restaurants and the cover charge was not so big. I guess the only problem is that the only activity at night was either the casino or buffet line.

free stlying is not all that you think it is.The staff does not give you the same service any more.No excuse for dirty bathrooms. Entertainment staff was more interested in selling raffels and promoting bingo then anything else.Need to find ways to entertain children when you have that many on board the ship.My wife and I had children on both sides of us, which meant 7am wake up calls by the children.I will admit that for the price it was not a total disaster, Cabin assignments are important.

The boat was very clean. When you eat at the restaurants, they clean up the dishes right away. The servers were very helpful. Room Stewards were on top of everything, every time you left your room, it was cleaned or the bed turned down and had towel animals on the bed. Even on board shopping was great!

The trip was a great experience for the family. The times docked were to short and excursion were very expensive for a family of 6 each time. The restaurants were nice too but the expense for speciality dining gets to be costly. Juice should be given all day and not just breakfast time.

It was beautiful!! The restaurant were set up on different parts of the ship, so when you ate you saw the ocean. The staff was very helpful

The ship was very unorganized. Kitchens seemed very understaffed. Only had 1 adult swimming pool that was very small.

This ship is much too large--- qeue lines wherever you went. Much prefer ships that have 1200-1400 capacity. Latitude members were treated VERY well this trip with cabin gifts, private cocktail reception with officers and crew was by far the most intimate we've ever encountered on ANy cruise ship !! Embarkation/debarkation was smooth and efficient.

It was my first time ever going on vacation! I wanted to visit beaches on the Caribbean so the cruise seemed logical. It was an awesome first time experience.

I was extremly disappointed with the NCL line. The cruise was nothing like I had experience before with NCL nor anticipated this time around. There were just too many passengers for the amount of wait staff they had.

This wa smy first cruise I enjoyed myself but there were a few things I did not like and I listed them above. the art also was over priced.

Good overall experience. Wouldn't say that service was exceptional but good at times. Staff is very helpful and friendly. For this itinerary we thought that there should have be less time spent at Port Canaveral and more time at the private island. Most other cruises that we spoke to also said that the private island was their favorite port. When we got there it was in the evening so there was an island party on the beach; beware there are BUGS that bite, not mosquitoes though. Everyone got bit, though there was an announcement prior to disembarking they recommend bug repellent that was for sale at the gift shop for $10. Bring your own, but let this stop you from going to the island, it is fun and no bugs during the day.

This is my family's first cruise and it is an excellent choice for us all, and when I say family, I don't mean 3 or 4 or 5 members. There were 14 of us. Upon boarding the NCL Spirit, I already liked the atmosphere more so when I met Lisa, the friendly consierge. I loved my stateroom, the living room, the dining room, the balcony, the king size bed, the bathroom and more importantly, the jacuzzi. We were all very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the crew. They seem to never tire although, day in day out, they are standing by their post. I will certainly recommend this cruise to friends.

We sailed on Norwegian Spirit, it was a really nice cruise, we were celebrating our Honeymoon and the attention we get was outstanding. Everybody was great we had the best vacations ever, we are never going to forget. The freestyle was great we didn't need to worry about times to get to the restaurant, thank you

We didn't know what to expect because for the last three years we have sailed another cruise line but this year we opted for NCL. We were not disappointed! The ship was huge with a lot of things to do. The cabin, although smaller, seemed bigger and set up better. We never got in each other's way. The food was very good. We especially liked La Trattoria. The only problem was that everyone else liked it also so it was extremely difficult to get a reservation unless you ate at 9:30 p.m. Windows and The Garden Room had very good food also so we don't feel like we missed anything!
