Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We went to Raffles-Buffet eating the first day. A very large selection of food for all meals. The main restaurants-Windows and The Garden, the food was great. Just like eating in a very fancy 5 star restaruant. Each evening they served a different meals. I advise even though you have reservations, get their early about 6 - 6:15pm for dinner. We had a problem making reservation for the Japanese Restaruant, at they only have 3 sittting for 10 people each. For a small party, even of 5, just get there early.

Entertainment

We saw Sharkbait and Fernandez. They were great!!! Their night-Adults only shows were very funny. Their shows-the singing and dancing were great!! Some of these singers should be professional singers putting out their own albums.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
My older children, age 17 & 16, had a great time in the teen club. They had alot to do a night and met alot of other kids in their age group.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff was always helpful and answered any questions they we might have. When we went on an excursion, we need photo id's to get off and on the ship. They made copies of the passports for us.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
It was a large ship, but no so big to get lost on. The staff was always keeping the ship clean. There were stairs and elevators to get to different floors of the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
A big enough room and plenty of closet space. The bathroom was big for a ship.

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

What took the longest was to get approved to debark and then the line to get off the boat. You must always have you ship ID to get on and off the Ship!! We went to Universal Islands of Adventure as we felt the kids would be bored with NASA. I also recommend Sea World and Disney if you have kids. SeaWorld is good for all especially that there isn't as much walking as Universal or Disney.
Don't Miss: Universal-Island of Adventure

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas

Had alot of fun on the night trip over. Alot of music and dancing. I would recommend eat dinner and breakfast on the ship. At night they only have pizza and hotdogs and breakfast-continental style. Lunch was good served 10:00 to 11:30 am. Lots of fresh fruit. The last boat leaves about 12:30pm to get back to the ship. We went swimming and kyacking.
Don't Miss: Parasailing

Nassau, Bahamas

Had a great time. We went to the Atlantis Hotel and it was beautiful!!! The aquarim was unbeliveable and if you don't have the on-board trip excursion, you won't get into the aquarum. We went shopping right near the ship. In stores souvieniers were reasonable.
Don't Miss: Atlantis

Pros: Free Styling- You can do what ever you want, when you want!

Cons: Nothing

Recommends Norwegian Spirit? Yes!
