We liked the ship and the crew but the balconeys were small and so were the cabins.

We booked last yr same cruise and ship 4 people 2 rooms with Roger at BJ's. We got two doors apart which was great for chating early in Am/ not this yr. We are all latitudes & over 55 but they got a loosey room 6593. It is behind Gardens Rest so you go up or down a flight to get there as you can not go thru rest. Last yr so much better knock on door and go this yr waiting around for friends trying to save seats. We all pd the same we should have been on same deck. We were Forward they were Mid ship. Next time I want to be together. Love Bermuda

This was our first cruise ever.. waited 20 years and got this for a 40th bday present. The ship was very nice..not too big.. but our room was under a 24 hour cafe. Every night between 12-6 am we heard loud banging and carts rolling over our heads. We ended up having to wear ear plugs every night so we could get some sleep. Needless to say I came home with a ear infection. The rest of the cruise was good.. the food in the specialty restaurants were excellent, the food in the dining rooms were very good but the food at the buffet was average. The buffet seemed to have the same things every day and night. Not a very big selection. The best part about it was seeing Bermuda

we have cruised 3 times on the spirit,some 19-20 times with NCL .This was our 70th luding windjamers,river boats and barges. each one has been most enjable. When we booked this cruise we were told we would a $50 ship board credit .It also was noted on our res. number 18430920.NCL did not honor it.

The cruise itself was great. This is the second year we have taken the same cruise and will probably take it again next year. There is so much to do on the ship and on land we would like to go again. The only thing that went wrong was that the travel agent we had did not put in for our on board credit to spend on board. Was take we would have them but did not.

Probably the nicest ship yet, we have been on two others.

The ship was bright and colorful and clean, was impressed by the crew always having hand sanitizer available all the time. There was plenty of entertainment for all tastes, and specialty restaurants for whatever you felt in the mood for.

A lot of adult activities at night, great dancers and entertainment.

Norweigian Spirit, although the smallest of NCLs cruise ships, was an amazing experience in itself. The trip from Boston to Bermuda was excellent to say the least. The entertainment in the Stardust Theatre was incredible each and every night. Food was plentiful and delicious. Room service was provided twice daily, including various towel figures being built by the housekeeping staff. The band, "Real Vibes" played daily by the pool on the 12th floor with a Jamaican twist but also played relevant music too. The cruise director was very entertaining. The entire crew was always smiling, happy, helpful and enthusiastic. A friend of mine cruised the same cruise on the same ship as me the week before I left and sent me a message saying "Washy Washy". At the time I didn't know what he meant, but a minute after stepping on board I knew exactly what he meant and will never forget it. Highly recommend this cruise, very relaxing and hassle-free. If you're not one for "cold" water (71 degrees in early May), the people of Bermuda recommend coming to visit the island in June when the water temperature is approximately 80-85 degrees. Enjoy!

We had a great time on our trip to Bermuda, the crew and staff on the Norwegian Spirit were all helpful and pleasant. The entertainment was great , the food was great, this was a fun trip from beginning to end.

The ship had open dining which was excellent. At all times everything was clean and well serviced.

The Norwegian Dawn, which is one of the smaller ships in the fleet, was spacious with 13 decks and lots of amenities to offer. It was very clean and the crew worked tirelessly to maintain a high level of cleanliness and overall appearance.

At the dock in Boston I was told they would take the cash deposit for the ship board account after my travel agent called to confirm and they said no and sent us to the pursers desk Cash deposit error on the 1st day. Partner's deactivation notice Soda card issue and service no cup for 4 days Lack of service when I showed my soda card Partner not being brought a glass with her beer in windows My sharps notice left on the room door Windows Restauraunt waiting in line issue with the party of 12 going in right away while we waited 25 minutes as they walked right by us. My travel agent informed you it was my 50th birthday celebration and nothing was done by NCL The whole attitude of the majority of the crew and there lack of interest in helping us having the best vacation ever.

People knowledgeable and friendly. Ship clean. Entertainment appropiate.

I feel that depending on what you are looking for in a cruise this might be the trip for you. We really wish that there were assigned dinner times (although some nights it was nice to eat when we wanted). We felt as though not having assigned dinners we missed out on the personal touch of knowing our waiter/waitress. We realize that these employees work hard and had we gotten to know them we would have personally tipped them for their work, but really did not get to know any of them.

Our first cruise after yrs of "active vacations" so my fear was I'd be bored. Not at all the case. Plenty of activities and plenty to do on board and during our time in Bermuda. We never ate in any of the specialty restaurants because the food in the main dining rooms was very good and more than we could eat, with more available. We went on the trip to relax and it was perfect for that. We checked out the boat on day 1, read and used the hot tubs and pool while enroute to Bermuda. We spent 3 days running around on Bermuda, but still spending much of our time relaxing at the great beaches. Then we really heavily relaxed on our way back to Boston.

Just got back from Boston-Bermuda Aug 28-Sept 4. Went with 2 small kids and both sets of grandparents. Great time had by all. The kid program was very helpful to let the kids be kids when we had downtime at sea. They also loved the pirate pool and baby pool. Great choices for them at dinner too. Everyone is very accomodating. Highly recommend that you know what venues are above, below your stateroom. We had 6571 cabin, below Henry's Pub. Let's just say that the people doing karaoke had a great time until about 1-2 am. NOT a good room for people turning in early. We were able to switch our room to 9015-perfect. Also, recommend you bring an umbrella for the sun, not only rain. Waiting in lines for ferries and just walking Bermuda, it will get very hot and not much shade, shelter. Need stroller for kids who will get tired of walking-ours was so helpful. The Spirit was a very nice ship. Not like Princess or Royal Caribbean, but good for the convenience of leaving from Boston. So easy and smooth. No airport and hassle. We walked off with our luggage, rather than having them take it for you. No problems at all.

Room very small - since I paid for a Balcote room & got a window room

Every event we went to started late, bingo, art auction, shows and there was not a good reason for it, the MC just rambled on and on.
