I didn’t know if I should book a tour here or not... decided to just get a taxi into town and it was the best decision ever!!!! We meet our driver Lisa. (Still FB friends) we paid her $100 I think for two of us to be our personal guide to everything! Took us to the Parthenon first because of the lines. She waited till we were done two hours later. Drove us in AC around to shop, see the Olympic stadium, changing of the guards, to lunch and more! It was great! Highly recommend getting a taxi guide. We tipped her as well but it was so worth it!

Mykonos, Greece

We rented a car in Mykonos. We like the adventure and freedom of it. Learned something about foreign cars... you have to turn off the AC to get up big hills! Beautiful beaches! Nice countryside! Great food! Windy windy windy!

Valletta, Malta

This country was a little strange to me. The landscape was brown and the street names reminded me of being in the Middle East. Thank god I have service on my phone for maps cause some of those “streets” were iffy. Did I mention we rented our own car. (Stick, drive on left, sit on right) haha! Crazy! The blue grotto pretty, stopped at a few beaches, and down town had a cool vibe.

Great island, rented a car and drove up the coast. Stopped at cute olive oil stores, pottery shops and took a dip in the sea!

Naples, Italy

Well we didn’t actually see Naples at all! We took the best tour over to the island of Capri. OMG it is beautiful! It was an all day tour, boat fairy, bus rides, blue grotto, shopping, and free time. I even had sandals made while I went up the chair lift to the top of the island. Trying to remember the name of the company. It wasn’t cheap but it was totally worth it.

Rented another car (SUV) at this port. Drove up to the volcano. Took the cable car up to walk closer to the volcano. Had shops. Beautiful island!

Santorini, Greece

Not enough time here! So much too see! Me and my guy rented a car (stick) and drove around the whole island stopping at the black beach, red beach, winery, and made it over to Oia for a little shopping before we have to hurry back to take the lift down to our tender boat. Great day must come back!
