Review summary

I liked my trip but would have loved it if the ship was better all around. I felt 1/2 the staff was ready to be done and the other 1/2 treated me like a queen.

I paid for the “drink package” and waters and Lattes were not included. I felt ripped off. There was quite a few options on the main dining room menu, although I felt the food was a tad bland. Surprisingly the specialty restaurants were not very expensive and very yummy.

I truly enjoyed the Art Galery group. Especially Cristie, Eric, and Joe.

I was extremely disappointed in the ship overall. Our room was not very clean and had to have them re-clean it. Everyday there was some kind of major “fix” going on the ship. The public toilets were very dirty and some of the toilet seats were cracked or totally broken.

The room size was good. The room and balcony were dirty. There was hair in the shower, bathroom floor and on the balcony. The carpets had not been vacuumed very well.
