Really enjoyed the cruise. The itinerary was great. Enjoyed Venice and the 2 days at sea immediately to rest up and get familiar with the ship. All the ports were great with Istanbul, Kusadasi, and Mykonos being our favorites. We did not do any shore excursions since we enjoy exploring on our own and getting a feel for the ports. Had no problems with transportation and saw all the highlights. The ship was very nice and a perfect size. The food was fine. The only negative was the quality of the nightly entertainment, but the ports were the stars of this cruise.

Being on the 11th Level was very convenient. Had issue with hot water on the first day but they corrected quickly
Took Dolmus to Epheus. Very easy just required a transfer. Epheus was fantastic! Took taxi to House of the Virgin Mary, and then dolmus back to ship. Another great day.
Sail into Istanbul was a little later in the morning so everyone could enjoy the view. Ship docked in a great location. Took tram to historical area. Visited Hagia Sofia, Cisterns, Grand Bazaar, Spice Market and Blue Mosque.
Fantastic day. Highlight of the trip!
Rented an ATV and cruised the island. Took to beach on the other side. Then walked through the town in the late afternoon and early evening watching the sunset. Beautiful day.
Took the ferry to Capri. Easy walk off from the ship. Then took a small boat tour around the island. After Capri, walked to get some pizza. Stopped at 2 places and had the best pizza in the world. One was a carryout place, and the other was where Julia Roberts filmed the movie "eat, pray, love"
Walked to the train station and took the train to the Vatican. The walk to the top of the basilica was an adventure. Visited the Pantheon and Colosseum. Could have used more time in Rome due to the distance from Civitavecchia.
We rented a car here and it was great since it was available right on the dock getting off the ship. Drove to Lucca and Pisa. Rented bikes in Lucca and had a great day.
