Good cruise, good entertainment, quality of food can be improved. Too much bread and waste. Terrible coffee. offer a pass for the specialty coffee just like the soda. Did excursions in all ports. All excursions were good except in Venice. Guide was terrible, many guests got lost and guest had difficulty locating gondola ride. The guide never counted how many in her group. Every time she stops, she should count the number of guests !!!!! Her sign should be more visible and can be located easily if one is lost. Not worth the money.
Ship Quality
Found ship a bit dated. Needs some renovations.
Food and Dining
Too much bread and most of it went to waste.Did 4 specialty dining and they were all good. Food quality in regular dining room not as good.
Cabin / Stateroom
found balcony a bit small.
Service and Staff
Stardust entertainment was good excetp for the Beatles show; the ship dancers were good but could not sing.
Onboard Activities
Took in entertainment nightly and for the most part, they were good.
Destinations and Excursions
excursions were good except in Venice. Too much traffic in Istanbul, did not have time for the carpet demonstration and only 20 minutes in the grand bazaar.Did the exclusive Istanbul excursion.
Barcelona, Spain
Toulon, France
Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy
Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy
very busy city
Naples, Italy
Mykonos, Greece
small island, not much to see, forget the excursion, go on your own.
Istanbul, Turkey
very busy city, not enough time to complete excursion.
Izmir, Turkey
visit the grand bazaar, bigger than in Istanbul.
Piraeus (Athens), Greece
lots of walking to see the Acropolis, be fit.
Venice, Italy
Padua was nice and different

Do the specialty dining and great latin music. The Iconics were great, both the singers and the band.
