Best Vacation Yet

Sail Date: April 19, 2008

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

This was our third time in three years on the Spirit and it was the best ever. We are so at home on this ship. I highly recommend it to anyone,
especially those with children.

Pros: Nightly Shows

Cons: Insufficient Pool Lounges and Making Reservations for Dinner

Recommends Norwegian Spirit? Yes!

Ship Quality
Be prepared to walk ALOT. The ship, although a bit old, it beautiful and quite large.
Food and Dining
We ate in a few specialty restaurants and the food was good in all of them.
Making reservatons was probably the worst part of the trip, and the cover
charge you incur for eating there.
Cabin / Stateroom
Although small for four, it was neat and clean, except for the messes we made daily.
Service and Staff
Top ranked in this category. The staff cannot do any more for you.
Excellent shows.
Children's Programs
Teenagers love the teen program. It is freedom at its max.
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Not much to see or do. We got there late, so we just toured the town.
Tortola, British Virgin Islands
Except for the scary ride to the beach, everything was wonderful.
Cayo Levantado (Samana), Dominican Republic
This was our favorite port. The beach was absolutely beautiful. This was the don't miss spot.
