Overall did I like the sky -eh. To small. I rather go on the big ships. Did I enjoy my vacation absolutely. Best part- the food. Palace to be exact. Room-tiny tiny tiny tiny. Design- it looks nice but the layout is old and choppy. Nothing flows layout wise. Crew- absolutely amazing!! Ports- DR was good except the cancellation of our excursion which was notified the night before we docked. Sunscape resort day pass was fun. St Thomas always amazing, Tortola was a joke. 6am to 1pm. Come on. GSC was amazing!!! Go to the shows- I prefer the shows on the larger ship but they were good. Comedy show is a must. Wish they had more than 2. Overall it was good. Not great. Won’t be back on a small ship that’s for sure.

all the ports was changed because of hurricane Ian, we had been to all the ones we visited the only one we sont like was british virgin islands nothing was open

rerouted because hurricane. Food is not the best compared to other cruise line.

Although we didn’t voyage to the original itinerary, the alternative ports were excellent.

NCL Sky September 15-25,2022 Ship Quick review Very small ship with very little for kids to do. Two small pools. Our aft balcony was slightly larger than most cabins. The inside cabins were much smaller than usual. The regular balcony’s were extremely small. We however had a room for a lounge chair and two chairs. We had an amazing panoramic view as well. Their is no dresser and extremely small closet. The bathroom was soooo small. Cruise tip always bring an extension cord . There is literally one outlet per cabin! Luckily I always bring one. Also bring an alarm clock. Since your phone is in airplane mode it never updates. We had four time changes in board and never new what time it was! Food: We felt that a lot has changed . The quality, choices and portions were poor in the dining rooms. They blonger offer a lobster night😠.Thecateaks we’re always tough and dry. The service now thst they have gone to pre paid gratuity and freestyle has really declined. I am not a buffet type person but on two nights we actually did go to the buffet. We found the food and choices were much better in the buffet. However they no longer bring a beverage cart or coffe cart around. So by the time you wait in s enormous line with one bartender your food is cold. Breakfast in the buffet was this ships best meal. Great omelettes, eggs Benedict were a few of my favorites. This ship has three specialty restaurants. They are offered at an up charge of 89.00 per we cabin plus gratuity. Our package included one meal in Cagney’s Steakhouse it was fabulous! Amazing food and outstanding service.! You do have to make reservations immediately when you. Pats because this sells out fast. We were only able to book for the last night of the cruise or I would have eaten every meal there. We also bought Sushi Ala cart which was not great. The production shows on this very small ship ( the smallest in the fleet and oldest but refurbished) were high school musical quality. Very low budget , the singing sounded like karaoke. Ok now the good parts: We had a blast! We participated i. The cruise directed activities. We got picked for the Love and Marriage gave show which was video recited and played on the tv all week🤣We were instant celebrities! And we won! Fir this of your unfamiliar this is the show where three married couples compete in by answering rather personal questions about each other. Tbey luck a Newlywed, a middle of road couple (us) and the couple married the longest. Always fun and funny! We also played battle of sexes. Here guys vs girls in different hilarious tasks. What a scream! Another dubs tuvity we watched was Perfect couple which was similar to battle of the sixes but different challenges coupled competed with each other. This was hysterical!  They also had nightly trivia, wine tasting, dance classes,Zumba, hairy leggs pool competition, and karaoke. I was disappointed with the karaoke choices the list was very small. The house band was absolutely fantastic.Best at sea ! They played lots of 80’s and hair band rock and roll. There was also salsa music, and a very mellow piano bar. The longed one this ship are very small . There were two comedy shows and they were fabulous. However you needed to arrive 30minutes early if you wanted to watch due to the size of the theater. Overall fun wise we give this an 8.5! Food 3.0 Music:9 Shows:2 Cabin steward Jarinick Leproza was the best we ever had :10 Comedian 10 Islands 10 Overall we had a wonderful vacation but would not recommend this ship!

We will definitely choose Norwegian for our next cruise vacation. They made our trip so relaxing and enjoyable!

Had to use an expiring free cruise offer and we liked this itinerary. The ports were wonderful, but the old ship was booooorring. I'm sure the new and larger Norwegian ships are awesome, and we picked this one so its our own fault, but sheesh. Got lots of sleep for lack of other options.

This was our very first cruise and we’ve decided that cruises are not our thing. We were pleased with the staff but upset by the smell and hotness of our room.

We were unsure about getting back to cruising, but NCL made the experience better than the past great cruises we experienced

Could have been better. I have been on multiple cruises but this cruise was the first were I felt like NCL corporate was trying to take every penny I had. I expected better out of NCL.

The quality of the food has gone down, i guess the Covid has impacted and budget has been adjusted. Shows are good but again below what was before Covid. This is my first less than 7 days cruise, not sure if these fewer low cost pack has to do with the quality

Great weekend getaway! Excellent service, no demands, great way to relax.

All things taking into consideration cruise was good. However didn't realize since it was a short trip, my platinum status didn't allow me to have certain things I was supposed to have. Regardless of trip length, I think ones status should be honored.

First time cruising and it was amazing’ planning to go again with our kids!

The NCL Sky was our first small ship. I would do it agian for a short trip like this. But if I am doing a 7 day cruise I would want to be on a big shop. I recommend Sky for a short cruise.

Overall nice cruise. Weather was beautiful and water was so clear !! Food and drinks don’t seem to be as good as they used to the Free At Sea, is still a bit costly. Overall nice vacation getaway for my birthday

They were horrible the management response to a hazardous situation along with the dinner staff & food i wAs not impressed! Both rooms had the toilets overflow into the rooms prior to us checking in & they never said a word mind u the floors were soaked & rooms smelled like sewage & the response was nonchalant like oh its not our fault we’ll give you some chocolate covered strawberries but thats it. Then moved our rooms & put me on a floor area that had no elevator & i had nova & a stroller then moved me again so i wasn’t next to my bestie who i booked with & we purposely got rooms next to eachother. Then promoted this beach in freeport to go for excursions & the beach & area was deserted & has been since 2017 so we wasted $60 going there!

To be honest I felt bored . I could not buy the drink package it was too expensive for three days. Entertaiment was very poor and the DJ music was not varied. After 7pm there is not any activity in the pool area. I think when you go on vacacion you want to have fun and full entertaiment. For me it was not like that. A little disappointed in my first experience in the cruise line

Overall very pleased with the cruise. Very clean and staff was amazing! Only issue I had was the smoking in the Casino. There was no getting away from it. I loved that I could walk the cruise and not be walking in cigarette smoke but couldn't even enjoy a night in the casino. Every night I literally left with such a head ache from the smoke.
