We had a wonderful time on the Sky. Norwegian does it right. Looking forward to the next one.

Went for mine and my brother’s birthdays with our wives and friends , I was very dissatisfied with the service of the dining staff just awful . The sauna and steam room that I paid $60 for my wife for was poor (steam room broken ) . I hope Norwegian can work on these much needed improvements

Very disappointed. I've cruised Norwegian Sky before, this time it was a let down

It was just ok. Very rude and unpleasant time at the main cafe and Italian restaurant while on board.

We had a wonderful time for our 10 year anniversary on the cruise and meet some wonderful people.

In all it was an enjoyable cruise, 9 out of 10. But I don’t feel the need to do this cruse with this ship again.

Great casual experience! Norwegian does not require fancy dress for any events, and everything was about comfort and relaxation. I was a solo cruiser and while the ship-sponsored solo cruise meet n greets weren't amazing, I lucked into an amazing group of fellow solo travelers that definitely improved the experience overall.

The food was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this cruise line to friends because of it. The ship was beautiful but activities were held fairly late.

It was a nice getaway and if I was able to find another 4 day cruise for that price i'd go in a minute on a NCL ship. We've been on approximately 30 cruise and cant really point to anything horrible that happened but there was also nothing great about NCL that would make me say "I have to go again". The only real concern I had was the Muster Experience. If we had to utilize what we learned at muster we would be in BIG TROUBLE, we wouldn't make it. Very little organization and crew members not enforcing muster rules; passengers talking to each other or on their phones, taking selfies, you could not hear any instructions coming over the speakers, crew members were looking at each other as they demonstrated how to put on life jackets instead of the passengers. it was awful.

My friends and I had a great time being together and the ship and our staterooms were beautifully clean and comfortable. However, we were extremely disappointed in some aspects of the overall cruise: The food, the food service, and the staff were subpar overall.

This was a great getaway for me with my great friend. Just long enough for some relaxation and nice weather and pampering. I got to see places I had not been before. It was very reasonably priced. I would recommend the cruise to anyone looking for a relatively short experience on a not-too-large ship.

Loved the Ports of Call, but surprised by some mystery charges on our credit card with no itemized statement given. Next time will demand one!

This ship needs a big overhaul or else needs to be mothballed. Staff, with the exception of one person, was very friendly and helpful.

This was my wife and my 22nd cruise, this time to celebrate her 70th birthday. It was actually our 4th on NCL but our last trip on this line was a long time ago so we were tagged as first-timers. NCL now only gives credit for cruises taken within the past year. Anyway we were quite disappointed in service overall, especially in the bars but the food was as good or better compared to other lines. We would have preferred an assigned dinner seating but that is not available anymore. We particularly enjoyed the shows but with only one show per night the theatre could not come close to holding the people that wanted to see them. Every one was standing room only. As a karaoke singer, I was pleased to see that karaoke was offered every evening. However, the streaming service that they use was by-far the worst that I've ever experienced. The selection of songs was so poor that it was hard to find anything to sing. Many of the most requested karaoke songs just were not available. Then many times, the words and the music became out of sync, I guess because of the slow internet. That really frustrated many singers and the DJ's were obviously very inexperienced and just didn't know what they were doing, which didn't help. Finally, I booked one of the premium restaurants the night of my wife's birthday but the service was so bad that we had to ask our waitress a couple of times what was taking so long. Even though I mentioned that it was my wife's birthday, there was no offer of a desert for her. This was nothing like other lines we typically sail on.

For my first cruise, and the price I paid, I think I got every dollar’s worth of my money and then some. I don’t think there’s a better value out there. There are better options, but if you’re not sure how you’ll like cruising, this is the place to start

Probably won’t do another cruise because of the being trapped and feeling rushed to get back to the ship on time

Overall, I truly enjoyed my first cruise ever. I can now say that I am apart of the Norwegian family and I will be back.

It was another good cruise. They really stress cleanliness and safety.

First time cruise experience was okay. I would definitely cruise again just not with Norwegian Sky. Felt like I was on a retirement ship.

I would recommend that Norwegian put a dock at Their private island.
