everything would have been great except I got sick after a meal. When I talked to guests services to complain I was treated like a criminal and ordered to stay in my room to make sure others didn't get sick. They said it was impossible for there food to be contaminated. It was aweful. I got no refunds credits or apologies

I enloy the freestyle living on this ship

The ship was ok, but old. I missed not having a racket ball court. The entertainment was ok, the food was nice but there was not a choclate dessert bar or any extra special things. The entertainment staff were nice and most were tallented. The first island, Freeport wasn't very exciting at all, but Nassau was beautiful. We took a taxi to Cabbage beach on Paradise Is. and swam and jet skiied, which was a lot of fun. But the last stop, Norwegian's own island got cancelled because of bad weather and that was really a bummer.

It was our first time cruising and we absolutely loved it! The only reason we rated it "excellent" instead of "the best" is because we have no other cruise experiences for comparison. The staff was friendly and the food was awesome. There were other "specialty" restaurants on the ship that were not included in the overall price of the cruise, but we did not see a reason to go them. The complimentary food was diverse and delicious! We went on an awesome kayak and snorkel excursion on the Grand Bahama Island (Freeport) and it was well worth the price. Although we did not get to go to the last island (Great Stirrup Cay), the staff made sure to provide enough activities on board the ship so no one was bored. Overall, we loved it!

Neat, clean & service oriented

The ship was in constant need of repairs. Most of the time, half of the pool was closed for repairs. Our room had a broken pipe just outside our door which made our room smell like sewage. It took two days, and multiple complaints later for the staff to finally do something about the room. When we asked for a supervisor to talk to, we were never given one.

Very good in comparison to the price we paid, a lot of fun with the staff on board! Do not take your expensive swim suit with you and do not put any jewels in the jacuzzi!

From the moment we boarded the ship, the staff made it a lovely experience. My statroom was always clean, the waiters were always attentive to my needs and the activities were plentiful. I was able to relax or party at my own liesure. When i visited the onboard spa, i was impressed by the knowledge my massuese had about health and fitness that she could pass on to me. There were some bumps in the road though. Being my first cruise, i was not made aware of what the trip truely woujld be like. I also did not get the full package that i had ordered but it was not due to any wrong doing. Unfortunately, the weather went awry and for the safety of myself and others we did not get to experience one of our ports. However provisions were made to keep us happy and busy on board....Overall it was a nice cruise.

The ship itself was fine. Clean with good attentiveness of staff.

Enjoyed Free Style crusing, but thought the excursions were a bit pricey, compared to Celebrity and others. Bad weather, caused not getting to Island on last day, and ship over-crowded last day will all on pool deck, not enough seats.Found that steak, New York Strip on menu, wasn't what we were served...Bait and switch!!!!

If u travel NCL just no that if someone assaults u y on board NCL security team will do nothing but hide the truth and let the attactor go free when u arrive back at port when the attactor should have been handed over 2 the FBI! So if u travel NCL keep eye on yourself and family! Because NCL can careless about your safety!!

fair the help was very slow and not to happy to help they also had alot of misc fees that were unexpected

we were nickeled and dime the hold time they really didnt have anything for teens and they let them go freely about the ship no way to contact oyur child you just have to find them the room where the size of my small bath at home the buffet was the same everyday and night we where charge for games arcades for teens they had nothing to do the club was bad it wasn't a club it was a multipurpose room there was only one no variety

It's a lovely, well-run, moderate-sized ship. The staff and crew were wonderfully friendly and helpful.

The Norwegian Sky was an excellent ship to sail on. Apart from the weather not allowing us to stop at the island, and rocking the boat quite a bit, the trip was very enjoyable. The ship staff members were very friendly, welcoming, and always encouraged a good time. The entertainment was fantastic and the disembarking process from the ship was the easiest, smoothest process I have ever seen. I had only wished more information had been provided about the events (a small description of what they were) as they were not always clear from the title of the event listed on the agenda.

My wife and I cruised on the Norweigan Sky a 3 day Bahamas cruise.Not a good cruise at all.We were very disappointed. First the State/Suite rooms at least thats what I was told I was getting was old and run down.The bed was extremely uncomfortable and didn't even have fitted sheets.So throughout the night as we tossed and turned the sheets would come off the bed and wrap around you as if you were being smothered to death.The bathroom was old also and no matter how much it was cleaned on a daily it still smelled like urine and the smell would not go away.The little 13 inch TV the same one that I purchased for my daughter when she was 8 was the only veiwing entertainment provided for us.We were never told we would be on the low budget side of the ship. But we did see how the upper class guests were enjoying their cruise on the other side of the ship.What a difference from top to bottom.We were unable to visit one island due to the high winds and swells of the ocean.This was a call made by the Captain on board.But it was never mentioned about a refund because the ship didn't stop where we had paid our money to stop.Yes the economy is bad.But stop beating and cheating the guests out of quality services and style of living while being on board you cruise ship. Very very unfair.

I have been on several luding Carnival, Diney and Royal Carribean - however I cannot think of any negative experiances on this trip. This was my first Freestyle Experiance and i really enjoyed it. I put down two deposits on future cruises for next year while on board.

Overall a good time. The ship showed signs of aging. The activities were fun.
