The dining rooms were very nice, the personal, great, and the food well done! Myself, I do like coffee with my meals sometimes and sometimes a second cup is welcomed. It would have been a nice touch if it were offered. Also such a great looking dining area, I believe the experience would have been enhanced if there was some soft dinner music in the background.

Staff was not knowledgeable about any of the ports visited.  Wait staff was extremely slow in their service every night of the cruise.  Showroom entertainment was severly lacking.

Food and Services are Excellent, Enterteinment Staff very Professional and Courteous. Honestly NCL Cruise meet our Expectations, Extremely Satisfied and Will Recommed this Cruise with Other Persons. P/S Safety Regulations and Cleaness of Vessel where Outstanding.

The cruise itself was ok, the staff were friendly and kind. We were not given enough information when booking about the sleeping accommodations and were assigned a cabin that IS NOT PROPER for 3 ADULTS! The fold out love seat was too short for any adult and had a had bar running through the middle that got you right in the lower back while your lower legs hung off the end. We asked to steward to put a mattress there, but all we got was another comforter - needless to say we didn't sleep. The other two beds were hard as sleeping on a board, so none of us were happy. Ship needs significant upgrade in the sleeping accommodations or state that is is inappropriate for 3 adults. The 3 day cruise attracted a lot of "trash" and there were a large number of inconsiderate families with children swimming in the adult only pool. Not a cruise I would recommend for adults.

The cruise destinations were great. The upkeep of the cruise shows lots of wear and tear. Outdated furniture and technology. The food was ok at best, Not a good variety for dinner. The stateroom is very small. The staff were very friendly. We were not able to enjoy the pool because of too many children on the ship. Children were too rowdy and unsupervised by parents. Not enough afternoon activities especially after docking from the excursions. This is my second cruise and I will not cruise on this ship again. My first cruise was on carnival and I enjoyed it much better. Disappointed that there was not a captains dinner.

stateroom was ok although i needed to request for the stateroom door handle to be fixed because it was loose. Took me awhile to navigate the ship, confusing directions to where places were located. Lots of space though, never seemed too crowded.Food was good.Best part of the trip was swimming with dolphins.

Over all experience was wonderful, can wait to do it again!!! We will be planning another trip, spring of next year!!!! So im hoping to use Norwegian cruiselines once again!!!!

norweged sky was fun the areas they need to concentrate on is the setup of th buffets they need to reset for better flow of patrons to cluster the meat station in the corners is compleaty wrong .the next thing is the overall view of cleaniness windows chome mold on wood outside bar and brass the dirty decks people spilled food that was from fri night was there sunday after the white party the entry windows were so dirty I wrote my name and was still there monday when leaving . the staff was not as friendly as they state there employees the only time they say hello is when I did and the only time they pay attension is ordering drinks .the Sky staff need help in cleanliness and personallty

This was a very nice cruise all in all. It was much more relaxed than other major cruise lines. We liked that we weren't constantly approached to buy things or even alcoholic beverages. The freestyle dining was really convenient. The food was good, not spectacular but good. The cabin, was not big enough for 3 people! It was O.K. for 2, but the xtra bed was ridiculous. It was just crammed in there. The crew was very nice and accomadating but we do have to say that we were very disappointed on the last day, when we arrived at Miami. It was as though they had turned off the "nice" button on the crew!! My son and daughter-in-law were literally thrown out of the room. They had had breakfast, and went back for their things and last minute bathroom, but were treated very badly. The breakfast experience that last day was absolutely"horrible"!. We were very surprised since ,up to then, it had been great. As for the shore excursions, the one we bought on the boat was for the day at a resort in Freeport. It was the "Taino Beach restaurant and resort". The place was really beautiful.The price was good and lunch was what you expect. The way we were"handled" was not good. We ad to wait for about an hour to get on the bus. They made us walk 2 blocks in the heat to get to the hotel and the driver, who was in a really bad mood, made us leave at 3 o'clock which was much too early. We couldn't truly enjoy the whole day since we got there around 11;30 and had to leave at 3. The boat didn't leave until after 5 o'clock so we could have had another hour and a half at the beach. Isn't that the whole purpose of going on a cruise to the Carribbean??? All in all it was a good cruise and we would take Norwegian again. Hopefully the down sides will have been taken care of next time...

more than we expected the staff to be found around NE corner willing to help you with any questions or need that you had. the entertainment was phenomenal the music of the bands excellent and can be found in every corner of the ship there was something for everyone. the stateroom did need a little bit of a facelift and updating but we were honestly only there three hours a night to sleep so that really didn't bother a bit. All the food was great as well with two buffets as well as sit down restaurant there was something for everyone.

First cruise I have been on or heard of with no captain's night, no late night exhibits like the fruit sculptures, no ice sculpture show, no chocolate display sculptures and all of these in the past were displays as well as taste stations. Things once experienced is amazing and expected. No mid-night events that was inviting. Very disappointed. Also, in my son's room he received no towel displays at all....not a one. Some things that you just expect on a cruise was not there. I will not travel Norwegian cruise line again and would recommend my family and friends to go either Royal or Carnival. More inclusive activities. Also, the buffet food was great, however the restaurant food was not as good, the steak tasted boiled not much flavor. The bread pudding tasted like custard not bread pudding, the restaurant was very disappointing. The atmosphere great the food as well as the waiter we had was very non-attentive.

I wish there were more time for to enjoy the excursions because the excursions were pricey. Most foods lack flavor. The pool seemed to be in old condition and rather small. We thought the ship could use an update in terms of decor. We were bored after getting back to the ship from the excursions because there aren't much fun activities in the late afternoons. Also, too much smoke in the gambling hall. However, overall, the staff were pretty nice and helpful. I like the freestyle buffet, because we don't have to eat at a certain time. This was my first cruise so I don't have any comparison.

I have been on Carnival, Royal and Disney and I have to say being on Norwegian for a second time they do not disappoint the first time around I was so happy with my cruise now the second time I am still just as satisfied! Im so impressed how the event staff are so energetic and got the crowd pumped up and in the mood to party, for example the dance parties in the afternoons by the pool everyone would be laying down relaxed but once the crew came out and started the dance party everyone was on their feet dancing the afternoon away! As for the white hot party what a blast they had a dance show with choreagraphed dancers and then the crew started the party with all the vacationers EVERYONE was dancing, was happy and in a good mood I have to say this is the funnest cruise if you like to dance and party this is for you!

The entertainment could have been better. Not many fun activities to do on the ship. Ship is a older ship and a bit outdated with technology. The All White party was great! The food was awesome. My favorite restaurant on the ship was Cagney's Steakhouse. The guy that was cleaning our room kept taking towels and face cloths and not replacing them. The socket in the bathroom did not work, therefore we had to take turns charging phones and take turns using other electronic devices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wait time to go into the dinner lounges was very long. I think for dinner it should be by times and not first come first serve. Overall experience was ok and at expected level from what I heard; however needs improvement.

I really do not like big ships to travel on. I do not like crowds. This particular cruise line was not too huge like the others. The on and off system was excellent.

wasn't happy with the food, nor our tv in our room. out dated firniture. for breakfast all they serve was PORK. no chicken no beef...A lil too pricy! gift shops didn't open until 5:30 in the evening...not enough activity on the ship...to many hinden fee's!

While we enjoyed the cruise very much, we would tell others to maybe go on a different NCL ship. Crew was very nice and helpful, however ship showed a lot of wear. Areas not kept up. Saw crew mopping deck with actual rags on mop handle that were very dirty. Light was broken in one dining area outside. Our ceiling light fell out and took 2 days for them to fix it.

The ship was very clean and well maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail, and the friendly and attentive staff members (with one exception). What I did not care for was the food and lack of variety. The portion sizes were very small in the main dining room. My husband ordered the surf and turf and it there was barely any surf and not nearly enough turf! On another occasion in the dining room, our server refused to wait our table. She had a helper who had to move on and care for his own tables. We had to wave him down to help us because she refused wait our table, while she graciously waited on everyone that came after us. She never even greeted us, she would only take away the dishes. We were in shock because we didn't understand why.My husband bought me a glass of wine, which was supposed to be Moscato, it turn out be some dry white that was passed off as something else. The drinks cost too much not to give what is asked for. Bigger than that was the fact that there were over 100 fifteen year olds on the ship that were barely, if at all supervised. They were everywhere and made the trip less than enjoyable by being rude, loud, and selfish, cutting lines, playing on the elevators, running up and down the halls. It severely dminished the rest and relaxation we were seeking. I would not take this cruise again.

Had an excellent time. especially the "freestyle " format of eating. You ate where you wanted and when you wanted. no dress up either which was great. Food was excellent with lots of variety. The only really disappointing thing was no Wify and only limited (and expensive) internet. In this day and age of social media, it was impossible to keep up with facebook and twitter. A real bummer!
