This was our first cruise, also our honeymoon and we enjoyed every bit of it! The food was great! The unlimited free drinks is what made me book the cruise and it was worth it. The staff was lively and provided lots of shows on the boat. 

we arrived early, my husband and i had no assigned room.  (understood}.  after 2 !/2 hours, of being told that there were problems with the guests leaving,  we were assigned room 4303.  an extremely small room.  our steward , whom we never met,  was not consistent in bringing ice,  which we requested, via a note.  our last evening,  we did not get clean towels, nor face cloths.  we found the entire check in process unacceptabe,  considering the fact that rooms were available the evening before sailing.  when i asked for an upgrade due to the fact that this was disorderly, and frustrating, i was told that the ship was sold out.   after 3 Ncl cruises in 18 months,  and 9 cruises before "lattitudes", I will probably go back to Royal Caribbean.   so sorry.

I would give this cruise a 5 star until it was ruined on Wednesday night this man knocked me down with such great force that even my shoes came off and my glasses ended up behind my head. had to wait for the nurse to take me go the medical center where they did x rays and gave me a shot for pain also put me in a soft collar and told me I couldn't get off the ship on the private island. I was billed 563.00 for their services and spent most of my time trying to get it credited. thank God the manager of the casino was able to talk to higher ups and credit was made. I really feel I should have also received some kind of a reimbursement for my pain and suffering and for not being able to enjoy my last day and night on the SKY all due to an over intoxicated man that I was told was underage and even if not should have been shut off way before this accident happened. I should at least get a credit for one full day and night but feel I really deserve a free cruise due to all my pain and suffering. The doctor told me to get an MRI when I returned home so I was also in great stress wondering if I had any bleed especially in my head.  If this hadn't happened I would have to say this would have been the best cruise ever.

Norwegian is an excellent cruise line. Every service on the cruise was excellent and Norwegian manage to have a happy crew. I don't know how they do that but it makes for a much better experience.

The only downside to our cruise was that the ship was quite old and every time we docked the noise from the thrusters and the anchor was bad in the extreme. Will go Norwegian again but will check the age of the ship first.

Our trip was great.  The staff and ship were excellent and our whole family had a great time.  Staff was very friendly and service was excellent.  The food was good, not great and the quality and availability of drinks was great.

Our cruise was a cruise.  I don't believe Norweigen showcased anything over the top for myself and my companions to want to go again.  I have been on 7 other cruises with Carnival, and each and every time we are treated like we are on vacation! (that's the whole point, right?!) 

The staff on the Norweigen Sky were nice, but did not make the trip personable or memorable.  I don't remember anyone's names.  Nobody called us by name, no one remembered what we were eating or drinking.  We continued to have to wait each and every time we wanted a drink at the bars.  (lines of people....)  Now, there were Spring Breakers on our cruise (about 500 or so....) but to have to wait 10-20 minutes to get a drink is a little ridiculous.  Most times there was only 1 bartender tending the bar.  I'm in the restaurant industry, and staffing is everything!  Norweigen did not take the staffing section seriously.  Everyone knew these Spring Breakers were on this ship, along with the other 1000 or so people, so why weren't the bars staffed?  I don't want to sound like an alcoholic - I only drink about 2-4 drinks throughout the whole day - but with the lines I would only wait about once or twice and be over it.   Maybe Carnival spoils us by waiting on us everywhere we go.  They remember our names and what we were drinking earlier in the day or even from the day before. I rarely ever have to wait at the bar for a drink, the team comes to us.

One absolute fantastic thing with Norweigen Sky was the Food!  WOW!!  The food was amazing- great options, great flavor, great portions!  (and the Spaghetti!! I loved!!)  If we were to choose Norweigen for another cruise, it would mainly be for the food! Great job culinary team!

The private island of Great Stirrp Cay was beautiful.  It was very rocky.. but beautiful.  If the Spring Breakers weren't there, we would have enjoyed the island even more.  But that's not Norweigen's fault.  We just now know not to book during March or April.

It was kids' friendly. There was a lot college students behaving badly. I guess the all inclusive package was a major attraction to this population. The crew made all the difference and made our trip memorable.

College kids perfect vacation if u enjoy drinking and drugging smoking marijuana inside your stateroom or anywhere. Out of control spring breakers vomitting on elevators broken glass everywhere....police on deck watching certain guests. No vacancy in jacuzzi...loud obnoxious vulgar everything in the book out of control spring breakers. Husbands first and last cruise....thanks norweedgan!!!!!

This cruise was perfect for a quick get away.  The wait staff were not very accommodating and greater than 80% of the time I saw customers with their hands full and no one helped them out. The lines at all of the bars were extremely long. The speciality restaurants were really fabulous and their wait staff were excellent

1) My ipad mini was stolen by the room attendant. he was the only one that had access to the room besides the guests.

2) I tried to reach customer service by phone and had to wait for 43 minutes before i could get to speak to someone. She was very nonchalant and did not even request my information until I pointed it out to her, then she emailed me a link to file a report.

3) It will take 15 business days to get a response!!!

4) I am booked on Norwegian Getaway for the Sept 2 cruise to the Bahamas.....will just have to walk away from my deposit. 

It was a great experience for my first cruise!

The personal was very nice and I had loved the gym club :-)

Just the swimming pool I found tiny but was fine.

I recomment Norvegian Sky!

We were disappointed with this cruise line. We booked a balcony room on the 10th floor and we're excited about the on inclusive deal. But the food and service was nothing to write home about. I would have rather opted to pay for the alcohol but have a better food selection. It was hamburgers, hot dogs and pizza for lunch every day. Not much variety. Also we didn't go out on the balcony because our side of the ship was never cleaned. There were chips of paint and dirt on the balcony. It hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Lastly I never saw the cleaning person for our room. Usually they introduce themselves, leave a message on the bed welcoming you etc. never saw the person. Did not enjoy this cruise line at all. Will stick to Princess lines where I know I will always get amazing food and service for a little more money, but well worth it! 

My husband and I decided to head out to sea on the Norwegian Sky, for a getaway.  Neither of us cruised with Norwegian so were somewhat skeptical. Wow were we pleasantly surprised!!!

Norwegian's Free Style cruising is the absolute best! We were able to eat and drink whenever we wanted!  There are a few restaurants that required call ahead seating and cost extra to dine at, but we opted not to do any of that.  The main dining room at the pool level had a large variety of choices for everyone, even the picky eater (as I am).  We did not leave unsatisfied one time.

Each crewmember that we came in contact with was delightful, said hello or greeted us in some way or another.

There was plenty of entertainment available or if you wanted some quiet time, you were able to see the stars at night in peace or sunbathe without hearing music or other people. 

It was definitely a party atmosphere.  The crowd consisted mostly of middle aged partyers but there were some families with children and some elderly. We saw a lot of bachelor/bachelorette party groups or guys/girls weekend getaways.

The evening entertainment was fabulous and varied from comedy acts, interactive games shows, bands, DJ's, etc.

The on/off transfer process was much quicker than we expected.

Norwegian takes sanitation very serious and sprays everyone with sanitizer every chance they get.  That also was nice to see.

For what we got at the price we got it for, we would not be able to get that anywhere else!

Food was decent, moderate variety. Staff was helpful, and open bar was nice. easy on/off the boat. Staff worked hard with maintenance and upkeep of the boat. Definitely was an active boat, everyone was enjoying themselves wide variety of people on the boat (families, teens, older cruisers). 

The cruise with all alcoholic beverages as well as soda included was a fantastic experience. Instead of worrying and keeping track of your bar bill, we could just relax and enjoy ourselves. The entertainment staff were very energetic and brought it every day. In fact, the only downside of this trip was that the Bahamas was less entertaining than the Norwegian Sky. 

We are so happy, me and my family, we had a wonderful time, service was excellent, all the people working in the cruise were so helpful to us, they had so many activities to enjoy, food was also excellent, I will recommend 100 o/o.

Norwegian, is an older boat, and there were some areas that could be a bit improved on ie vacuum the carpet type stuff and a loose stair....  A few of the bartenders could be a little friendlier, but all and all, I would say this was the best Cruise Vacation,  have been on.  Met great people, the food & All Inclusive Drinks were great, entertainment was fun  and the staff were very friendly, especially the desk and greeters in the dinning areas.  So much fun, we would do it again in a heart beat.....

First I have to thank our cruise agent Mitch Frye for booking us on such a beautiful cruise! The hospitality and service was more than I expected on such a large ship. The employees made you feel so welcome and went above and beyond to get anything you needed. Our cruise was all inclusive and all of the drinks were great! Top shelf liquor and champagne! The food was fresh and delicious. The cruise director and his staff had us partying until the early morning hours! I attended the Art Auction & won a free piece of art, we played Bingo, gambled at the casino and the best part of all was I got engaged!! My then boyfriend popped the question and what a wonderful, romantic place to do so. The photographer was AMAZING! He posed us and captured every loving moment we shared. 

 Norwegian Sky will always be a very special place for me & I look forward to going on another cruise with them!

It was a College Party Cruise that NCL was aware of but NEVER told the few families with children on board. My 13 year old daughter & 11 year old son didn't feel safe having to deal with a bunch of DRUNK college aged adults. It was not a scenario for children. NCL never made us aware and we were extremely disappointed.  

It was my second cruise to Bahamas. The other one was on a different cruise line. I went with my son and my father.  I don't know that t was all inclusive, beers,sodas etc. It was great no matter that it was full of spring break students. the wether was good, my only detail was the food on the dinning room, it was cold even the soup. The Cesar salad wasn't a real one, just lettuce and 2 pieces of bred over it. The buffet was ok. Better than the dinner.
