The ship was clean and the staff was very friendly.   The last stop of Great Stirrup Cay was PARADISE!   I would have loved another day there.   Best beach I have ever been to. 

Very friendly crew, very informative. A better selections on buffets, meaning a little more American food without all the different spices and seasonings. A toaster on both buffet lines. Longer hours for the pizza.

My favorite part of the cruise was the last day at Great Stirrup Cay.  The private cabana is pricey but worth every cent! Wait staff had the cabana set up with a table and 4 chairs, 4 loungers, fridge filled with food and water and extra towels.  The water is so clear and beautiful.  My granddaughter started the day with a massage on the beach.  There is snorkel equipment available for rent.  One of my favorite days ever.

The Norwegian Sky is an older and smaller ship but great bones and I think will be retrofitted with new upgrades.  Make sure that you take the time to go to the live game shows...  they were hysterical!

The ship itself has very good with excellent cabin stewards who provided excellent service!

Although the ship is smaller and doesn't have all the bells and whistles of other cruises, it was still a fabulous cruise!  It was nice to not worry about paying for drinks.

Their private island is the best!  We rented a cabana fir the day. A great value if you want shaded privacy. The cabana included $50 worth of food, towels, bottled water, and rafts to use. You can still use the beach by the cabanas even if you don't rent one. It was less crowded there. 

Favorite part is the all inclusive drinks and food. Keep everything the same especially staff support. 100% recommendation.  The port stops were all different offering a unique feel Freeport felt smaller but still had residents and tourist Nassau was very busy hustle and bustle and the final island Great Stirrup Cay was the best cleanest beach and no residents

Vast amount of places to go on the ship(sun, shade),  Bar staff everywhere.  Wait staff.  Food was ok.  Sushi was excellent. The children's pool set up was awesome.  Would like to see more of those wading pools on ships for adults.  Would have liked an upper deck for adults only.

 Everything was nice and clean. The staff was always friendly. There was always great entertainment.. The food was delicious. Every time we left the room, when we would come back it was cleaned, restocked, and a new animal was made of towels. My only regret is that we couldn't plan for a longer vacation.

This was an excellent cruise! The all-inclusive drinks were great (strong drinks). Our room was very clean, and we enjoyed having a balcony. The rooms are small, but manageable for 2 people. The ship was very clean, and the crew was very friendly. They didn't want you to do anything, because you are on vacation! Getting on and off of the ship was easy. We enjoyed Nassau. We didn't do an any excursions.  We just did our own thing. We loved Great Stirrup Cayou, it was beautiful! The piano bar was awesome, and the food was great everywhere! We did eat at the steak house, and the steak melted in our mouths! Overall this was a great mini vacation. We did not like leaving from Miami, though. We will never leave from Miami again. We prefer to be where people can speak English. We were sent back and forth with our luggage a couple times outside of the port, because no one spoke English and couldn't understand what we were asking. People from the cruise before us were still leaving the ship, so they must have thought we were looking for a ride. We had time slot 10:00 to 10:30 to be at the port.  Finally, a man taking luggage (who spoke English) saw us, took our luggage, and sent us in the right direction. 

I got a poor stateroom far below deck which made me claustrophobic and unable to rest well. When I talked to guest services on the ship (the shore personnel would not help at all) they were rude and informed me to talk to my travel agent but when I called the travel personnel I was told to talk to the ship GS ---- a total disaster.  This was my birthday cruise which I had looked forward to and was totally ruined by you folks!  I will definitely look for better companies in the future.   

Our fav part of this cruise was the stop at Great Stirrup Cay and the awesome lunch provided there. It was a BBQ and the food was great.

One port that could have been skipped was Nassau. This place is disgusting -- stinky, dangerous and every vendor is hawking you for something. It's like being fed to the wolves. If your ship stops here, do yourself a favor and chose to relax by the pool rather than going ashore.

I would definitely recommend this cruise on the Sky to anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway. The staff was very friendly and professional. I wish there was a iron in my stateroom so that I would not have had to pay for pressing service.

Enjoyed all the excursions - to Grand Stirrup Key and Nassau - although at Nassau the taxi drivers were a bit much haggling for business

Did not like the lifejacket and emergency procedure check at the Muster Station. It was at 4pm, in direct sunlight and lasted way too long. Miami in August is hot and humid - you should take this into account. The crew member in charge was awful - very unhelpful and rude. Why was it not done inside like Princess Cruises does? Or at least provide water for people...CRAZY!

My husband and I were looking for a short cruise but one we could see multiple places. This was the only cruise we found for 4 nights that had *3* stops. Decision made! And we are thankful we went with this one. The ports were all great experiences. Freeport had easy, accessible transportation right off the pier. Nassau was beautiful but the private island was definitely our favorite. Beautiful location, all inclusive drinks and lunch served on the island, and not as crowded as the Sky was the only ship there. As far as the ship amenities, we were surprised at the level of talent shown by all of the house bands and show cast!! They were so great! Never had to wait in line for anything, even for the FREE DRINKS!! We were very happy with that offer from the ship. Wonderful activities happening at any given moment and always entertaining. Such a wonderful trip we had! Would highly encourage others to take this trip! 

Fantastic cruise! First time on Norwegian and will definitely sail with them again! Sky is a little bit older vessel, but has been refurbished nicely and is absolutely spotless! Food was very good and plenty of it...crew was over the top in service and friendliness. Open bar is fantastic..no waiting for anything...GREAT service! Highly recommend for that short getaway....

The staff was the most friendly I've ever sailed with. The rooms, ship and eating areas were all nice and clean. This was my fourth cruise and all before had been on Carnival. We wanted to try something different so we tried Norwegian. The entertainment was very lacking in the amount but was good quality. Carnival has something going all the time and Norwegian didn't. Carnival is very informative with the passengers and Norwegian just excepted you to know what was going on. The free or included restaurants on Norwegian gave you an up-charge on things that you just get with Carnival such as lobster and steak. If you want a cruise to lay around and read or sleep or lay out by the pool then Norwegian has you covered. If you want to be entertained then go with Carnival.    

The boat was dirty, the food was awful, the people either acted like they did not see you or were hateful unless they were selling something. You have to stand in line for bar service. There is nothing to do at sea.

Taking a quick vacation before school started.  Took advantage of spending the whole first day on the ship and enjoying the pool and activities.  Got on ship by 11:30 and checked into to room by 1:30.  Definitely enjoyed the free drink package.  Traveling with teenagers (15yr & 19yr) and wasn't aware of the parental consent drinking option but my 19yr old quickly discovered it.  Essentially, a parent can sign for 18-21 year old to drink beer or wine during the cruise and the kid gets a new ID with PC on it.  Just be aware that your teenager may be offered drinks.  My 15yr old was asked if she wanted a drink at the pool without showing her ID.  Not a big problem but be aware.  Food was good-average cruise fare.  Didn't do any of the specialty restaurants.  There is no cell phone usage unless you pay for the packages on the cruise ship.  I did not and liked that my teenagers were disconnected for the week.  However, I would have liked to have cell phone access with my kids and traveling friends on the ship so we could check on location and make plans.  We ended up having a meeting place and confirming times.             ??maybe a texting on the ship for free Norwegian??  Excursions off the cruise ship: At Freeport, we took a taxi to Lucayan beach and had a great day.  Be careful, when you leave the cruise ship, there are numerous pushy locals that are trying to take you to there own 'private beach with internet access'.  The beach in Lucayan was beautiful and you can do may water sports. We did the double banana boat and enjoyed it.  Nice little straw market shopping center across from the beach.  The little ice cream place allowed you to buy ice cream and get internet access, so a good spot to check in on the rest of the world.  Taxi ride was $5 PP each way-no problems.  Nassau was frustrating.  Booked the Atlantis water park excursion through NCL.  The regular passes were sold out to purchase separately and book your own taxi.  All I can say is be prepared to wait..... we waited to catch the bus to Atlantis, then we waited in line to get into the park, then we waited in line to get a locker for our gear (30min), the we waited in line for a tube for the lazy river.  I would recommend streamlining you belongings and buying a waterproof necklace pouch with your credit card, ID, and cell phone/camera.  Buying lunch was a nightmare.  We waited in line to find out it was credit card only-no cash.  We went to the locker and got our credit cards and waited in line and placed our order.  When we went to pay, we had to show photo ID.  So we went back to the locker and got our photo ID.  The food counter workers were mean and not helpful. Food was average and not worth the wait if we had other options.  Couldn't get on the beach-access was closed.  Overall, it was OK to do once but wouldn't go back again.  The private island:  loved it!!  Beautiful location, lovely to rent a floating mat and just lie on the water and relax.  The water was so clear that we didn't need to rent snorkling gear and could just look in the water to see fish and sea turtles.  Totally enjoyed this day.  Back to the ship review: the rooms were old, clean, and small.  The third bed (pull out couch) was small and uncomfortable.  The shows were fun-loved the comedian.  Dancing at Dazzles lounge late at night was great.  NCL cruise was a great short vacation with kids, wouldn't have wanted to do a whole week.
