Review summary

Vast amount of places to go on the ship(sun, shade), Bar staff everywhere. Wait staff. Food was ok. Sushi was excellent. The children's pool set up was awesome. Would like to see more of those wading pools on ships for adults. Would have liked an upper deck for adults only.

It was very unsettling when we arrived at our cabin for the first time and our luggage was outside our door, we found the room already occupied. This was before the muster, so there was limited support at this time. Afterwards, my husband and I needed to wait in guest services lines, wait for a supervisor, go up to the room with staff and wait in the hallway. The appropriate course of action should have been staff telling us they would take care of it and contact us when all was well (whether a newly assigned room or our assigned room). However, we needed to suggest this as we were standing in the hallway waiting while staff was speaking to the guests who mistakenly were in our room. At this point, we had been dealing with this situation for 1 1/2 hours. We did get our original room decorated with anniversary touches and a bottle of wine and strawberries as a comp. This was a nice touch and all, but what really was bothersome was the fact people got into our room. How? My sense of security was compromised. That evening, my husband locked the door for the night, pushed on it from the outside, and it opened. In order for us to sleep, we jimmied the bathroom and closet door with luggage to make sure there was no chance of anyone coming into our room. Again, sense of security was an issue.
