IT WAS OUR FIRST CRUISE ON NORWEGIAN AND IT WAS OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE. WE WOULD DEFINITELY CHOOSE A NORWEGIAN CRUISE IN THE FUTURE. WE REALLY LIKED THAT THE LIQUOR PACKAGE WAS INCLUDED.

We quickly fell in love with this style of cruise and the Bahamas. We became shocked on day 2 to hear other cruisers had no idea the beverages were all inclusive the whole trip. We wish there was more time to be in the Bahamas, but my skin is thanking me now for not being in the sun all day! The cruise is best for younger couples, the pools are not built with extra activities for the little kids. We are looking into booking our next Norwegian cruise soon!

Very educational. We knew to avoid the panhandlers but did have to dodge one. We were told to exchange our American money before the trip so we got Canadian money. The purchase we made they would not accept Canadian but took American because of the exchange. Just a minor inconvenience. We were on this same ship a number of years ago in Hawaii. It was not a pleasant time however the turnaround on this ship made it one of our more enjoyable experiences on a cruise

I just need the bathroom to be clean next time, i had to clean my own bathroom. Other the that the cruise was nice and i will be taking another one.

we had a wonderful time during our time on ship and in Cuba... we were able to relax and enjoy the sites in Cuba and the dining and people made the experience good. Would recommend to all my friends and relatives

The destinations were the best!  The staff needs to be schooled!  Help was awful, food was awful.  Thank God I loved my travel companions we had a great time!   But, don't think NCL had anything to do with it!  The all inclusive drink package is a waste of time the servers are lazy and the drinks weak.  When the servers did come around they were rude!  We did ask how they were tipped and they said we could put it on the card or leave cash!  The pool server we had on the upper deck was lovely.  We told him we would tip him well and we did!  He deserved it!  Our group of 17 did take care of the staff but not all seemed to care.  NCL needs to up their game!

Norwegian Sky does it right. All inclusive is the way to go. Staff is incredible, ship is clean, food choices are excellent and the overall vibe is nothing but exciting and chill at the same time. Met a lot of cool people from all over the world. Definitely considering another Sky cruise in the near future!

Overall experience was good. We had good time in Havana, but ship was a little outdated, and cabin was way too small.. the smallest cabin I even seen. Food was ok, but nothing special.

My husband and i are in our late 30's and we took this cruise because we wanted to visit Cuba. The reviews were mixed but we are so glad we took the risk. Cruise was fun, plenty to do, crowd was great, older not too young. There was something for everyone. We had an interior room, it was enough for the 2 of us. All we did was go there to sleep and get ready, rest of the time your too busy enjoying everything the ship has to offer. Our room attendant was very personable and took care of us and our cabin. I've been on other cruises and this is a small cruise so of course the pool area was smaller and less lounge chairs available by the pool but it didn't bother us as we were off the boat the majority of the time at the islands. The food was great. My only complaint was the variety in the buffet area i thought could've been larger, it was limited and almost the same every day. However my husband loved it better than the other cruise we took so its matter of opinion. At least the food was good. The staff at the restaurants were hit or miss. We tried 2 places and sat in different locations so we had waiters that were in a rush and not personable or attentive to waiters that were very nice, personable and attentive so it was hit or miss but food was always great. And to be honest the service didn't bother me as much as it did my husband and i'm normally the picky one lol so i don't think it was such a big deal. We meet a lot of nice couples and enjoyed the open bar to the fullest! I rated a 4 instead of a 5 mainly because my jack daniels was considered top shelf and cost extra and due to the buffet variety. Other than that i was very pleased, had a blast and will return. Oh also this cruise would be extra amazing it you were in cuba for 2 full days. Being there the 2nd day til noon only really didn't give too much time for anything.

It was all good! The foods and menu choices in the restaurants were wonderful, the service was first class! Servers were sincerely interested in our having a nice experience. TT (akaLucy) and Erik in the bar were the nicest sweetest and most competant  bartenders ever! They need to be promoted!  The cabin was spotless and serviced every time we left the cabin. The only complaint we have is the casino! The smell of tobacco smoke was overpowering when you had to pass by.  The casino needs Doors to keep the smoke in and not drift into the rest of the ship. It was disgusting! 

We had a great time the drinks included was a wonderful idea and everyone seemed very happy the entire trip! 

The Shore Excursion team and their on land partners were fantastic.  Kind, professional and more.

Stateroom staff and attention to detail lacking.  Remediation as well as accommodations appreciated.

Had a blast. Cuba issage and a lot of fun. I didn't like the Norwegian Sky that much though. It need to be updated. Spending two days in Cuba was great. Wish I had more time there. 

The all inclusive aspect was fantastic. The food in the main dining was always great. The Lunch and dinner buffet I felt was limited not alot of choices but the food was good. The main dining was better. I didn't go to a specialty restaurant though I had a few reservations because the main dining was so good. I do wish I had tried at least three steak house. Cuba was great, understand up front is a poor country so if you walk around people will beg. If you have issues with that do excursions directly through cruise but understand you can do the same things dealing directly with the people of Cuba for hundreds of dollars cheaper. Private island was great of course, nothing ing new there. The only problem I had was my bed was very uncomfortable. I've been on 8 different cruises this was the first time I've had an uncomfortable bed, I didn't complain I delta with it, I may have had an old bed that needed to be changed out. I've cruised NCL before never had bed problems so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. 4 stars and not 5 because of breed and limited dinner buffet menu. I'd really go 45 but the survey won't let me

I had the most fantastic time on this cruise. Overall, cruise was fantastic. Breakfast and Lunch food were excellent. My only complaint is that the food for Dinner was pretty bad and so were the desserts. The staff working in the restaurants and the staff at the interior pizza station were not very nice. (This is the only reason why I gave this cruise 4 stars instead of 5) The entertainment was great, the rooms were clean. Our room attendant was very nice but we have to ask for toiletries every day. I would cruise on Norwegian Sky again. Overall, I had an excellent time which outweighs the few negative experiences. I would definitely cruise with them again!

Favorite part was the shore excursion. The dolphins were absolutely amazing. Always something fun to do. You can win numerous prices. You never go hungry or thirsty Everyone was so friendly, it was an amazing time

This was my first cruise and certainly won't be the last. The fun was endless food drinks were in abundance. My only regret is that I had to leave too soon and that I went too late in life  had I knew how much fun a cruise was I would have done it earlier. No regrets, the staff were the best very friendly and caring omg I have so much good things to say I better stop. People please try a cruise best no regerts.

This is the worst cruise ship I have ever been on. The customer service was poor, the food made me sick, there were no itinerary of events posted. I will never recommend Norwegian Sky to anyone. I wish we could get a refund, I am still sick from the cruise. 

I booked an excursion through , and I left the ship to meet our tour operators across the street in the a nearby square.  When I arrived to our tour operator, I checked in, and moments later a police officer was tapping me on the shoulder.  I asked him what was wrong, and another man was standing behind him.  The officer proceeded to ask me why I was refusing to give this man the $65 I owed him.  I told him I had no idea who this man was, and he was one of a dozen or more classic car owners standing outside of the cruise terminal soliciting his services for a tour of the city in his car.  I politely declined his offer, and proceeded to cross the street to meet with my tour group.  The police officer then proceeded to state that the man said I owed him $65 for driving me around the night before. I opened my photo app on my phone and showed the officer pictures of the taxi I was in the night before, as well as my driver's information, to prove that not only was I not in a taxi with this man, but that he was making up a story to try to shake me down for some money.  All the while, the operators of this tour were within earshot and refusing to help translate or assist me with getting this shady character to back off.  Instead, the tour operator said that the police has a procedure which involves driving me to the nearby police station for interrogation and the issue would be settled there.  I told them I didn't feel comfortable going anywhere with the Cuban police officers, and they insisted that it was in my best interest to go with them so that they could carry on with the tour.  I asked if one of them could come with me to help translate and prove that I was not with this man since I had receipts and pictures to prove that I was not with him the night before, and they refused to assist stating that they cannot get involved.  Before I knew it was being driven to the police station in the back of a Cuban police car only to be interrogated for upwards of 2 hours.  Despite having receipts and photos to prove that I had never seen this man before, the officers at the station insisted that I give him $65.  The man was greeting all of the police officers in the station, and greeting the female officers with kisses on the cheeks, so I could tell right away that this was not the first time this man had pulled this stunt on an unsuspecting tourist, and that he had a relationship with the Cuban police force.  I had to go all the way back to the cruise ship to find an ATM to pull out cash to give to this shady character.  Meanwhile, the tour operator did not wait for me, ask if I was ok, call the ship to let them know what was going on, or anything.  I was in a black hole in Cuba, without access to phone or internet, and the cruise ship had no idea where I was.  It was BEYOND unbelievable that they treated the situation with so such disregard for my well-being and safety.  I was horrified, and it absolutely ruined my entire trip.  

Cuba was fantastic.  Even though we had 2 full days, I wish the cruise visited other cities in Cuba, and expanded the length of the cruise.  Free drink package was nice, but some younger people tend to over indulge.  Norwegian Sky was a very nice cruise ship, it had everything and was well kept.  Nice crew and food was very good.   I would of liked a full day at the beach island, got there at 11:30 and had to leave it by 4:30.  But overall had a great time on the Cruise.
