Review summary

Overall experience was good. We had good time in Havana, but ship was a little outdated, and cabin was way too small.. the smallest cabin I even seen. Food was ok, but nothing special.

Very small cabin! Air conditioner was blowing directly to my head when I was sleeping and it was no way to redirect an air flow. Bathroom was smelling bad, we complained, but they didn't do anything. I was very disappointed.. this was my third cruise with Norwegian and nothing like that happened before.

Very small cabin! They put very large bed there and didn't move light sconces, so my husband and I were hitting our heads..

Jorafi did you find the info? You pay $75 to NCL and fill up and affidavit letting the Cuba government why you are going to Cuba, and you are good. Call NCL.

I will cruise to Cuba in this ship late July. Just some questions: How and where is the visa process? What kind of information a US citizen must give? It's a smooth process?
