Review summary

The best things of the cruise were the ports and the excursions! The worst things of the cruise are definitely the food and the service in the dining room.

The food and service in the main dining room was very disappointing. Food was not good and the service was slow!! The Buffet was better but very crowded! Specialty restaurants food was tasty but took a long time to bel served!

We enjoyed the pool, however it was packed!

Saw 1 show! Had to stand the complete time...not enough seats! Dinner was so slow that When we got there it was packed! Music and entertainment was at poolside was lacking!

Room steward was AWESOME!! Room was always clean and fresh towels and ice always provided!

Beautiful! Very poor people! Friendly! Went on the walking tour of Old Havana...our tour guide was Awesome! She spoke almost perfect English and was very informative!! We loved her!

Beautiful! Loved the beach!! We went on the Stingaray encounter!! It was the BEST! The staff is AWESOME!! They love the animals, their jobs and their beautiful home!! It's a must!!
