Had diarrhea after eating in the Italian restaurant one night and the same the new morning after eating in the steakhouse. I intentionally avoided the buffet for this reason.

None of the bartenders we friendly or smiled. They seemed bothered when asked for drinks.One staff told me breakfast was over in the dining rooms and there was nowhere else I could eat it and I found breakfast still being served on deck 11

Cabin / Stateroom

I expected a little more room. Room key did not work upon arrival. The unfriendly guy at the desk just handed me another. He did not say anything.Our cabin housekeeper was perfect in every way.

Ship tip

Book directly with NCL and be sure your Visa is processed. Cruise Only did not follow up to ensure this way completed. I happened to check a it was not done and I was charged double.

I will cruise to Cuba in this ship late July. Just some questions: How and where is the visa process? What kind of information a US citizen must give? It's a smooth process?
