Review summary

This is the worst cruise ship I have ever been on. The customer service was poor, the food made me sick, there were no itinerary of events posted. I will never recommend Norwegian Sky to anyone. I wish we could get a refund, I am still sick from the cruise.

The Holiday Inn on the beach was so old and outdate, This entire trip was a disaster. Refund Please. It was horrible we didn't take any photos.

Must not be the same cruise I just got off of, because our cruise was superb. Always a list of the next day's events by mid evening, excellent food, drinks and service etc etc

I agree. On every cruise I have take, every night you get a program of all the activities coming the following. Also it is impossible to hate everything. There must be something you enjoyed.
