we are gold members on NCL- usually they are pretty good- this time I am a little disappointed- overall rating 3.5XXX. I am not so sure what can be done.

Great time on boat. Food was generally good. We lucked out with weather. Good mix of people on the boat, and good entertainment. Just wanted to say I was in Cuba.

Loved this cruise but we were disappointed that Hurricane Irma cut it short a day and that we were unable to make it to the Bahamas. Service was impeccable, food was great, activities were fun. Overall great time.

A quick easy cruise. Purchase your car tour after you get off the boat. They have beautiful old convertibles that you can rent for a tour for around $100 for 3 or 4 persons. Easy to change dollars to local currency. They stiff you 10 percent on top of the $75 for each person for a visa. Robbery, but worth it ONE time.

Overall, a good cruise. Would have liked more activities and additional shore excursion options in Cuba. Wished the internet worked better, the 30 minute package was not enough.

Cruise was great. food was good.entertainment was plenty. Great informational excursions. Customer service very nice. Staff was always friendly. We were very pleased .

Hurricaine Irma shortened the cruise. Norwegian Sky dumped us at Miami Port. Offered 5 phone lines while at sea to try to change flight plans at same time as thousands were also trying to make flight changes. Other ships kept their passengers and sailed out to safety. Norwegian Sky didn't so much as say thank you for sailing with us or ask if we were able to get out of Miami. Just docked and swiped our cards to make sure we'd left the ship. Staff onboard kept saying a customer care crew would be there when we docked to help. No one was there.

I picked this itinerary because of the overnight stay in Havana. Overall, I am satisfied that hurricane Irma did not derail the plan and I got my wish.

we love this cruise , we had a great time , Nassau is lovely and syprus cay was really nice .party on the cruise rocks , food and drinks are sooo good. all the staff was really nice . can't wait to get the next one.

Cuba stop is the only good thing. Worst Norwegian ship we ever sailed. Real difficult to find and get to restaurants, lounges and theater. Over night stay in Havana is nice, but second day you only get 2-3 hours on shore.

I will go out of my way to be sure I do not book through this company again. It is unlikely I will book with Norwegian again because of it. Customer service was not part of their business model.

Great time, good service, ship did not feel crowded. No pushy sales pitches. The specialty restaurants and the main dining was a bit above average for cruising in this category.

You know how most things are, "It's all about the journey, not the destination"? Well, in this particular case, it was ALL about the destination - Cuba - because the journey on the Norwegian Sky was pretty underwhelming. Absolutely nothing bad happened, but my apparently-high expectations were not even close to met on this boat. If you want to go to Havana, this is not a bad way to do it. If you want to go on an amazing cruise, choose a different vacation.

we cruise a lot with the NCL specially on the Sky to the Bahamas it is a shame to see the ship is going down our next cruise is on September with the NCL

A LOT of free booze on the ship. The younger adults (and a good deal of older adults) took incredible advantage of this fact. Walk the halls at 1am and you'll see it for yourself. But, overall, a great cruise!

The overall trip was great. I enjoyed the activities and the staff was friendly. I ate good food and I would do it again. This cruise line guest services were always available to my needs.

The Norwegian Sky Cruise Ship is great for short cruises. The ship is an older ship. The furniture in the rooms are a bit outdated. The food was okay. Service was extremely slow in the dining rooms overall. The port stops were great. The employees were very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional.

Overall it was a great cruise and we enjoyed ourselves. Cuba was what expected, a third world communist country. The people were nice but the constant begging and panhandling deterred us from going back onshore. I feel absolutely terrible for those people and I handed out a lot of money, but that's not fair to us either. Great stirrup cay was very nice, but don't waste money on the clam shell mini cabanas. The ship and "freestyle" cruising was fantastic. I hope they expand that program. I'd be happy to spend a few dollars more on our fare and have "open" bar.

Be clear on what ship packages are available before purchasing like internet etc...It's $120 for internet and they didnt tell us and it was super slow. Didnt even work on my phone, only my laptop. also, the grand total was more than advertised after excursions, taxes, upfront tips, visas and port fees.
