Maybe you were on a different cruise to us, or had different expectations? Staff were fine (other than the customer services desk who ranged from downright rude to pleasant but oblivious)... as for entertainment, it was hardly existent when compared with other NCL ships... Never been on a ship before which offered only the same comedian as entertainment every evening. (I gather one singing show may also have taken place when most people were dining).. If you try another NCL ship, you'll discover the Sky doesn't even begin to compare with most of the fleet.
