I will go out of my way to be sure I do not book through this company again. It is unlikely I will book with Norwegian again because of it. Customer service was not part of their business model.

The absolute smallest cabin I've ever occupied, and I'm elite on Princess and three star on Holland America.

Ship tip

Don't use . They are non responsive to their errors which caused my initial reservation to cancel and cost me additional money plus a lesser room, time and inconvience to salvage my vacation. NCL would not intervene because I had unknowingly booked with an agency.

I was on the NCL Sky in November 2016 and everything was beyond unbelievable. I booked it myself on a third party site and upgraded through NCL through a bidding process. The first cruise was so great that we are taking the same cruise in 9 days! Like rgbenning said, to each his or her own I guess. I turned a ton of friends/family on to NCL and they all had the same experience as me...

I was on the gem last August and it was the best cruise I have ever been on. I have had no problem with Norwegian.

I was on this ship last December and did not find anything like the conditions stated by faithman or claudia. Maybe things have changed since my cruise, to each his or her own I guess.

Ditto that. We were on the jewel in April. Beautiful ship good food and entertainment but that's where it ends. The service on this boat was HORRIBLE (believe me I'm no snob and treat everyone with respect). From the management to the staff no one really seemed to care. They were over staffed in some areas with people literally standing around to almost no help in the shows (every show in the theater there were the most 3 servers for all those people). The thing that was the icing on the cake was we had a dinner at the specialty steak house and the greeter got a call while we were waiting to be seated and was very rude to someone. She quickly told they were full and there was a long line and hung up (all of which were lies)! That restaurant was being generous half full and stayed that way during our entire meal. But the icing on the proverbial cake for me was when I filled out the survey and (I wasn't trying to get anything free just their attention as anyone running a business would do if a customer wasn't satisfied) and I was basically blown off. There were some awesome people on this boat too but I'm not going to give them my money again!

Other reviews of this sailing
