The ship was great with many activities to choose from and many dining options as well. The drinks were expensive as is to be expected but drinks at the ports can be found much cheaper. Overall the ship was clean and never seemed overly-crowded.

The ship is clearly an older ship with narrow corridors and small atrium. The freestyle dining simply cannot get the attention from one server and dinner takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours. There are no shows for entertainment like a Vegas show.

The Norwegian Star cruise ship itself was fine. But I took the cruise to see the Bahamas. Two island stops were advertised, but due to windy seas the stop on Grand Stirrup Cay was canceled. They said taking a Tender to the island was unsafe. NCL had no backup island or port. A business can't advertise a product (island stop) and then cancel it without atonement. If they advertised their private island as "weather permitting" I would have chosen't another cruise line that only stops at real ports and doesn't depend of using a Tender to reach the island. I'll never use NCL again! I don't like to be cheated!

WHEN I GO ON A CRUISE, I WANT THE WOW FACTOR AND THERE WAS NONE. PEOPLE VERY UNFRIENDLY, SHIPS CREW WAS THERE TO SEE HOW MUCH MORE MONEY THEY COULD GET FROM YOU. NOT VERY GOOD SERVICE. BORING AT TIMES. ENTERTAINMENT VERY AMITURE. OVER ALL NOT WHAT I AM USE TO WHEN I CRUISE.

It was quite a mess and I will never cruise with them anymore even for free. The price on web site is very attractive but you can multiply it by 3 to have the final price. You pay for everything!!!

This was not an expensive cruise. We got our money's worth. It took us a day to figure out where to eat and what to avoid. We went on the tail end of Spring Break, so avoiding the frat boys became a high priority.

Absolutely beautiful. Very clean and very well kept.

The Restatrant were not that good

We have been on a number of cruises, but never on the "free style" type of cruise of this NCL 3 day Bahama cruise. Possibly that is the reason we felt the dining room service was not up to the quality that we have seen in the past on cruises where there was definite time and table assignment for the evening dinner. The waiters were curteous and they did a fine job, but it was not exceptional. We would prefer to tip our server directly and in proportion to the service rendered. Also, I would shy away from cruises during "Spring Break". We had partying going on in the hallway by our stateroom at 3:30 in the morning. There was a young crowd on the ship and we realize they wanted to have a good time but it was somewhat at the expense of the older crowd.

This was my first cruise so I have nothing to base it on. I felt the ship was fairly clean and nice. The staff obviously worked hard to keep it clean.

The Ship was great. It was spotless. Food was great.

For a 1st time cruiser it would be a nice ship. This was our 16th (1st with NCL) and our least favorite.

Overall very good. Cabin was good value, clean with a good hot shower every day with good toiletries

Cruise fit all our need felt free to comme and go

We had a grand cruise. It was relaxing and as it was our third cruise we felt as if we were more familiar with the ports of stop and were more able to choose exactly what and where we wanted to visit and explore. Both of us were very pleased with the service provided by Norwegian Sky and will certainly recommend our friends choose to sail with you. It was nice to have the Garden Cafe so convenient to the pool area for a glass of tea or a quick snack or lunch. It also was so nice to have a choice in the evening as to whether or not you dressed up for dinner or dined casually. I think you have found a great balance for all types cruisers with very good food. Everyone from servers in the diningroom, housekeeping, customer service and etc. could not have been more helpful and friendly. Norwegian Sky was a wonderful sail and we look forward to another.

This was our first cruise and it will definately not be our last!! The ship was very clean and well taken care of. There were many choices for dinner depending on what you were in the mood to eat. We tried one of the restaurants on Wednesday night and it was the best of the week. The pool area was small, but the water was cold, so it was not an issue! We only went to a few shows and enjoyed them, but they had activities for everyone. They even had activities if you didn't want to get off the ship at the ports. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we would recommend it to anyone.

Ship was average. Dining was very poor.

everyone and everything on the cruise was perfect and we 5 did have a ball. the only thing that i found that was not satisfactory was my fault and that was putting three persons in one room. that did not work out. we are looking to go again to a cruise on the panama canal and i am hoping NCL has a cruise for that one.
